The hotel and room were clean and staff were pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t open the night we stayed which would have been useful to know beforehand. The Italian restaurant next door was ok for the one night. The dual carriage way outside was noisey with young boy racers speeding up and down.

Very easy to find, very welcoming greeting from the hotel staff. Quickly checked in and found rooms to be perfectly sized and equipped. The shower was especially good very powerful! Portafino restaurant just 2 minutes walk around the corner also highly recommended with a selection of various different cuisines from different countries to suit almost any taste. Overall a perfect pitstop one night stay....thank you.

Price good and great location for EV drivers, so many charging options. Has a nice little bar area and the breakfast was very good. The room was a little stale smelling (smelt a little like people have been smoking in there) which is why my review score is reduced. Otherwise a good experience and we will return.

Ideal for overnight stay. Clean, tidy and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. Only minus point was no rea/coffee in the room, which is useful when you are travelling and wake early. Well sited close to main road around city, but far enough away to be quiet.

Hotel is ok but no tea making facility in room. Good major point is that it takes dogs for only 7€ Have staid previously and close to toll road. Note that depending on weather and traffic Madrid is about 11hours and Calais is about 5 hours.

Check in was efficient. Room stank of stale cigarette smoke and hotel was clearly tolerating smoking in the rooms despite being a non smoking hotel. This was further evidenced with a 3am fire alarm being triggered by someone smoking in the room. It was disconcerting the staff didn't know what to do in the event of a fire, how to handle the alarm. Further the pompiere did not arrive which for a potentially full hotel could have been a disaster! Room however was good proportions with a very nice bed and the bathroom although small was good use of space. There were plenty of pillows too!
