I booked a total of 9 rooms for a business delegation of customers for my company. Rooms were paid in advance and breakfast for 9 persons was paid by myself for the full delegation at time of checkin. In the morning on the following day, I received a call from one member saying that they have been denied entrance to the restaurant for breakfast and were obliged to pay again in order to have the breakfast. At the reception, the lady told me that the message was not passed to their kitchen that the breakfast for the 9 rooms was paid, and that is why they have been denied entrance. They have finally refunded my guests

It’s a shame that the hotel didn’t have any place to hang towels. You are forced to get new towels every single day since they don’t dry. Environmentally it’s a disaster

The room was spacious and clean. Our was getting done every day even if we didn't request. The only downside is, the rooms doesn't have fridges. And breakfast was a continental as it's been described on the website. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely recommend it and will love to stay again.

Hotel was fine overall. Clean & tidy, good bathroom and overall happy with the stay. The room didn’t have a fridge and the front desk wanted to charge for creamer pods for coffee/tea. First time in my life someone wanted to charge for a milk pod… whatever… Bought milk from the shop and didn’t have anywhere to store it. In the bathroom, shower temperature and pressure was good - the shower tray creaked a lot as if it was supported on something inadequate. Bed and pillows were fine. We tried to come home mid-day after a day in the city to find the front door was locked and we couldn’t get in. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest metro too - the local RER was out of action. Good local shop & local restaurant too

No Hot water, no iron and board , no refrigerator. Zero room service and usually there is only one person at reception and they cannot go help in room . Daily cleaning do not include refill water bottles . They literally count cleaners and sugar packets allowed per day . They do not even offer any help to heat up the food you may have in the room . This is just basic sleeping room

Location of the hotel was excellent, and the service in the dining area was very good. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were fresh and well-maintained. However, the check-out experience was absolutely dreadful due to the behaviour of the woman at the reception. Her attitude was appalling, and she showed zero sense of customer service. She insisted that I pay a city tax at check-out — €51 for 2 people for 3 nights — despite the fact that it had already been paid at check-in. I even showed proof from my bank statement, yet she continued to accuse me of lying and not having paid. Her tone was aggressive and extremely disrespectful towards guests. After repeatedly accusing me, she eventually confirmed that the tax had indeed been paid. I later saw her treat the next guest with the same rude and unprofessional attitude. If you stay at this hotel, make sure to keep proof of your city tax payment. The location may be great, but the reception service — particularly from this woman — was shockingly bad and left a lasting negative impression.

Hotel is very clean and seems like it was renovated or it feels quite new. Rooms are nice and big and the beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. AC worked very well. Breakfast was good. The best part is the hotel is in a central location with a couple of good restaurants around. Front desk guys very helpful with any information.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean and updated. The front desk was in general good except for one person who told us to go on the France tourism web site when we asked about reservations for Notre dame ( which wasn’t helpful) and looked like she would rather be some where else,with her eye rolls in other interactions. Close to Seine. Not far from Roland Harris but a 20-30 uber in high demand times. Close to the Seine and good restaurants.

The bar is not a typical bar. It’s whatever alcohol they have on a shelf in the room and they will pour it in a glass for you. This was disappointing as we expected a regular bar with options and inventory.
