When we arrived after an extremely long travel day (from Canada) with our autistic daughter, we were given an upgrade to an Eiffel Tour view room which was absolutely amazing and unexpected! The room had a great view, had extra space for our child, and was very comfortable. It was in a quiet part of the hotel ( as requested) and ever staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly.
It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger, cold fridge in the room, but this was not a deal breaker. An extra chair for sitting would have been nice, but again, not a deal breaker.

Convenience of being near the attractions
Room wasn’t ready on time even though check is in from 3 , at 5pm when we arrived not ready. No proper explanation of where breakfast is or any other bits about the hotel. No water bottles available for guests - the only hotel I’ve been to like this

Family room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Shower was broken. No English options on the TV.
