Deeply Disappointed with My Stay. I am truly disgusted by my experience. I got food poisoning on the second night, which completely ruined my stay. The staff seemed to prioritize airline employees over paying guests — they were seated first for dinner, and the buffet breakfast served the same Chinese food every morning. My family and I were rushed out of the dining area while we were still eating, which was incredibly disrespectful. So many things went wrong during my stay that it’s hard to list them all. As someone currently battling cancer, I was simply looking forward to a peaceful, comfortable stay at the Hilton — but that’s not what I received. When I brought my concerns to management, I felt completely dismissed, as though my situation wasn’t taken seriously. This was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent facility except for restaurant is a very overpriced burgers and fries joint. Service from the front desk in the early morning is terrible; help are rude and lazy. Bell hops don't start till 7am even though many travelers have much earlier flights. Overall, I would not stay at the Hilton again but will return to my reliable Westin.

The staff was very adept and very courteous. The Airport shuttle was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and the driver was eager to assist with luggage as well as providing guidance for those not familiar. My journey began in St. Louis and I drove 2800 miles in 4 days. The respect and kindness shown by the staff was something that I had not experienced anywhere else during this trip across the country, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much once I arrived. They were accomodating, pleasant, and genuine...which are all qualities which sweem to be in short supply these days.

Stayed at a suite which had a very noisy aircon unit and the pillows smelled. The hotel is old but it should not feel dirty. The carpets are kind of dingy. The room is big but really so much waste of space. The disparity on the breakfast price was also another challenge. $13 for continental and $31 for the buffet, how about maybe offer a ala carte if someone wants eggs. The staff was great, i needed a toothpaste and they brought it over and the breakfast staff was really awesome. I will not book this hotel again. I will try another place. I booked it was Hilton. It was a let down.

The Airport shuttle was punctual and took us right to the terminal in plenty of time to catch our flight. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. AC worked great. The location is out of the way (like many other airport hotels in the vicinity) if you wanted to check out local restaurants, but the hotel bar featured good draft beer including well known IPA's and acceptable dinners. The wine choices, for a CA venue, were not so great. But overall, couldn't ask for a better place to stay the night before an early flight.

Front desk was friendly and efficient, however someone was smoking on our floor which permeated the hallways...front desk said they would try to find the offending party, but it made every trip from elevator to our room miserable. Bar service in evening is mismanaged and haphazard...took 20 minusts to get a simple bourbon amd soda. And don't try to pay with cash... Breakfast buffet has good sleecrion of western amd asian dishes and staff was friendly and efficient.

My stay was for a birthday celebration weekend, and my overall experience was good with the check-in and the dinner service. However, we did notice that there was an issue with the air conditioning system. It is very loud, and the refrigerator was noisy, but I could get it swapped out at the front desk, which was very helpful. Lastly, we asked room service to give a representative error, which was a set of towels and amenities, and one of the towels had stains on it, and the bed duvet also had stains, which we overlooked until it was time to check out. Otherwise, this property is located with the best views and amenities.

I stayed at this Hilton property for five days. While the location is safe and the staff were courteous, the internet situation was unacceptable. For the first three days, there was no internet at all. On the final two days, the connection was unstable and unreliable. I was repeatedly told it would be resolved within hours, but it never was. This facility clearly has a known issue with internet access—there are multiple complaints online confirming this. If you're traveling for business or need to stay connected, do not stay here. You will not be able to work effectively

Our stay was average. The WiFi was not functional until 11pm and there was only 1 bar of cell service. The toilet was leaking water onto the floor in our bathroom. The parking garage was under construction. The TV remote control didn’t work, but the front desk replaced it within 5 minutes.

This property was perfect for our group. The airport shuttle a great convenience. Rooms were clean, beds super comfortable, didn’t care for the weird coffee maker or the $5 coffees in the lobby. Is it really too much to ask for a complimentary cup of coffee? Very happy with the kettle in the room, I bought instant coffee and made do. Didn’t bother with breakfast due to the high price and low value, but my co travelers said it was pretty decent. Not a fan of paying for parking, especially where there are no alternatives. $40 a night seems excessive, but hey, they got you…there is literally no other option save for the airport parking lot down the road. Like me, I doubt anyone would choose that option. The roundabout in front of the building was under construction making it difficult to load up our group, but it was manageable. To the staffs credit, they helped us every chance they could dealing with the construction. I would definitely stay here again, but take Ubers around instead!

I am very disappointed with my one-week stay at Hilton SFO. The view of the bay (Room 1129) was very nice. The elevators are fast and worked well. The problem is that throughout my stay, the internet service was down almost daily and was at best intermittent. I had to go to a Starbucks to get work done. Then, the television service was inoperable except the in house Hilton Honors promo and a few random channels such as MSNBC, TBS and HBO. Housekeeping was not provided on Sunday, August 10. I complained every day during which there were outages. It was as if I was talking to the wall. I was not given any compensation for these issues. I will not return to Hilton SFO.
