I love this hotel! It is new, clean and updated. The room is big enough for two! Front desk gave us to their newly renovated rooms. The area is quite and walking distance to bart station. Highly recommend.
I didn't like that i have to pay extra for parking which was not disclose upon booking in. Another this was they charged you $2 for using the safe inside thw room.

I loved that the parking was easy and accessible and the parking garage was very well lit. I felt it was safe all hours of the day. The blackout curtains were amazing and the room was plenty big with all of the amenities. The breakfast selection was good.
Although the breakfast selection was good, the food itself was mediocre.

Was in the middle of a remodel but food was ok.. bathroom toilet paper very rough.. used cheapest possible it looks like
More up front on extra charges.. hospitality fee sfsw fee.. no clue what that was.. several other fees extra

Toilet roll holder was broken. Showerhead flow of water was inadequate.
