    Nice traditional chateau like feeling. Very big rooms and lobby area with multiple sitting areas to enjoy your company with morning coffee. Great location on a beautiful day to see san francisco skyline with a line up of airplanes. Nice walking path along the bay to watch incoming planes

    The hotel was pretty and it is a fair price for what you get. Very close to the airport, lots of choice for breakfast, the staff is nice, easy check in. Only thing that wasn't great is the room needed to be aired out a bit and bedsheets were a stained. Thanks for your service

    Your front desk staff is not attentive enough to help us ride the shuttle, we’ve been waiting for the shuttle to arrive, told the front desk staff we will use the shuttle and inform us when he arrive, even ask her if we need to wait outside so the driver can easily see is but she said no need. Until the driver od the shuttle left and none informed us. They were just chatting at the front desk and didn’t bother helping us. I’m with an elder and hard for us to commute.
