The hotel is basic, clean and has access to a nice footpath for an early morning walk. It serves a basic breakfast from 6 am and has solid walled, spacious rooms. It has a convenient frequently running free shuttle to SFO. The Enterprise car rental drop-off allowing after hours return is just next door. It is a solid choice for an overnight stay before a morning flight.

Arrived on a late flight at 2am, took a $41 5-minute cab, which was unfortunate and not the hotels fault. The check in was easy. Bed and bath was comfortable and clean, with hot water. Payment was easy. I loved the morning breakfast buffet, although it's very carb heavy, they had hard boiled eggs and pineapple. Behind the hotel is a good walking path. My room had a a microwave and fridge. It's a safe industrial area with a bit of charm. The shuttle was outstanding but be aware it doesn't run after avout midnight or 11am until 3pm (approximately). But it's free, easy, and comfortably got me back to SFO. I do recommend this hotel although it's at a slightly high price point to lay your head. Still very nice! I would have liked to try the exercise room.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our arrival in San Francisco before we picked up a rental car to travel further afield. Despite the website saying there was a complimentary shuttle from the airport this does not run from around midday to 3pm so when our flight arrived at 1pm we had to get a taxi to the hotel. I realise that demand may be low between check out and check in times but IMO they either need to state hours of operation on the website or offer an on demand service during this time. When we arrived we were able to check in but instead of being given the twin beds we requested we had a king bed which was badly indented on one side. We probably should have asked to be moved but after a long flight we were very tired so didn't bother. for some reason they fold the pillows into a square and stack them up along the back of the bed. Initially I thought these were cushions but then realised you could unfold the pillow case to allow them to form a normal size pillow. This is really odd and results in the pillow being lumpy and uncomfortable. The bath plug didn't work properly so in order to have a bath you needed to keep the tap running constantly, which is a terrible waste of water. The female staff at reception were disinterested and unhelpful and I thought the evening staff member sitting back with her feet on the front desk was most unprofessional. The gentleman who worked on reception in the mornings was much more approachable and helpful. The room itself was clean enough but the windows were dirty and covered in cobwebs. We would not stay here again .
