Just ok and would not stay again. Multiple families were staying there for a memorial service.

Shuttle to and from airport very convenient and timely! Room was good but kind of strange configuration with bathroom door location. Opening the door I almost hit my companion because you can't see the door until you come around the privacy wall. Fresh squeezed OJ in the morning. Room coffee was decent.

Food overpriced and breakfast buffet food was terrible.(Cold, or dried out or too limp). No room service available. Unable to find close affordable food options nearby to walk to although the desk staff said there were some. I guess we needed to ask more specific walking directions. Could use a microwave near the buffet to heat up the cold pastries.

Proximity to the airport and prompt shuttle service was a major plus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The condition of this hotel for the price seems outrageous. The push buttons to flush the toilet were filthy. Caked with grime. Clearly it only ever gets wiped off and the grime in the crevices never gets properly cleaned. It made me hesitant to touch anything in the room. Things were worn out, chipped, faded. Maybe I'm crazy, but for $600 I really expected it to be pristine. I wasn't expecting luxury, but at least clean and in very good repair.

The hotel itself is very clean and nice, good food from the hotel restaurant after a long flight though they didn't deliver to your room so it isn't really room service. Breakfast was amazing! Don't miss it! Staff was super nice and helpful, the shuttle to the airport was very convenient and left often.

I stayed one night while due to a long layover after arriving from Hong Kong. The shuttle location was super far from the arrivals - not the hotel's fault - but be aware.

Nice hotel - but be aware if there's an event in the main hall.

Location near airport was excellent. Shuttle to airport runs every 15 minutes and was very easy to use. Room was very nice, super clean, and comfortable. All of the furniture, including the bed, was very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Security was quick to respond, and helpful. *Explantion below.*

There was a wedding in the main rotunda of the hotel, on the one night I stayed there - and it was incredibly noisy in my room. They promised they would be finished by 10pm, and it was 10pm on the dot when the music ended. So - kudos. But, the rooms don't have enough soundproofing to combat the level of noise associated with these type of events - and it was loud inside my room during the party. At 2:30-ish in the morning I was awoken by a party in the room next door. I immediately called the front desk and they sent the security team next door to quiet them. The party stopped, but it took me a long time to fall back to sleep at that point. Then I woke up at 4:15 to shower and get to the airport. I had a 7am flight, and needed to be at the airport at 5am the next morning, which is why I stayed near the airport in the first place - to make the next morning a little easier. And I was hoping to sleep early and well, which just wasn't possible. I don't know if I'll stay at this property again, because of what I experienced. Maybe I'll stay at the Hyatt Grand SFO next time (WoH member), if I need a room before an early flight.

Ghosting customer service and administration. Terrible experience.

This was one of the absolute worst hotel customer service I have ever had. I sent multiple messages to the hotel and this was the only hotel that never replied once. I also called and left a message to their manager to respond to my messages and there was still no response. Extremely disappointing for a Hyatt. I hope this message reaches someone from their organization so they can review my booking.

Not cheap for what you’re getting. You are very much paying to be near SFO. Parking was $48 for the privilege to park in a 3/4ths empty garage. I ordered a beer at the lobby bar and it emptied the keg and instead of that being free, which I’ve never not known a bar to offer, they instead gave me the “discounted” price of $10. Given the full price was $12 and it wasnt a full beer it didn’t feel like an especially good deal. Bottom line, you will feel like a mark here but it you want to be the near the airport you only have so many options.

Checkin with Gloria was absolutely amazing! She got us a really nice room after having our airline making a mess of our booking. Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was nice!

Stopover hotel with comfortable beds

This is a perfectly fine airport hotel, though not super special. Airport shuttle pickup was perfect and super comfortable. Check-in was also smooth and the bed was comfortable. Highlight for our one-night stay was a late-night bottle of wine at the bar and the pizza. The pizza exceeded expectations and was a great value with really high quality. We would definitely do that again!

The hotel is huge and impersonal. Quite dated as well. There was some major event going on at the hotel and children were everywhere, making the entire experience quite loud and chaotic. The hotel is fine, but only good for a night or two at the most. Just a decent stop-over.

I cannot give enough praise to (I hope I spell his name right) Hector, He remembered be me from last years stay, was so sweet and kind, to the point I wished I lived there! He is your poster person for not only Hyatt but all hotels nation wide but as an international traveler I would also also include world wide! I will definitely be back to visit Hector!

Im an employee with Hyatt company. Very disappointing stay. Everything felt dirty.

Stained pillowcase. Pillows were not full pillows. Cheap. Given bad room. Profiled at check-in. Changed rooms. No hot water in shower. Luke warm. Couldn’t call the front desk to find out shuttle time. Phone didn’t work.
