Breakfast was great. We had a full choice from a menu as the buffet breakfast was not, understandably, open as the hotel was quiet due to significant snow causing flight problems across a lot of USA. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful there was an truly excellent female shuttle driver and frequent shuttle service.
The hotel was having some foyer work so a temporary check in elsewhere was being used which at first glance was a bit underwhelming and no one explained about the foyer work. Once I understood the foyer escalator work having seen it it was all fine. I recommend they tell guests on arrival why that temporary check in is being used as guests will then understand it.

Hotel property was clean and nice.
The hotel charged me additional fees. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t print me a receipt when I checked out so I had no idea that extra fee was there. I thought my booking.com price included any fees. Really ticked about this. I won’t stay there again.
