Other than the elevator issue, fine.

Staff were great!

There were problems with the elevators. For the first two days there was only one working. On the day of check out NONE were working and people had to bring their luggage from all floors down dark stairway. A nice staff person was helping all he could but he was the only one available to assist. He was very apologetic but it was not a good position for guests or for this young man who did his best to help out.

The room was clean and the location was good for the airport.

The staff were not friendly (bordering on surly) or forthcoming with relevant information. They didn’t include me on the breakfast list and I had to prove that I had paid for breakfast with my reservation the following morning. Only one elevator worked, which caused delays during busy times.

They don’t have no traveling liquids like hair products or anything like that. The snack bar was empty always empty. Do you want to buy anything? You either have to go to the restaurant or walk somewhere else to get some food and constantly smelling like marijuana. I really didn’t like that

Very peaceful. Easy

The bed was absolutely beautiful experience especially after coming off an 11 hour flight. The sheets were superb quality and the pillows were amazing.What I loved about the Crowne was peace and quiet. I heard nothing zilch nada. Also the view from my room had the lights of the city but I heard no traffic sound.There is a lovely walk by the ocean just on the hotel entrance and an overhead walk way to a lovely little town- Burlingame.

I was a little shocked when I arrived at the state of the corridor leading toward the lifts. This needs a revamp.

It was bad service and rude customer service and the shuttle bus driver was racist in my opinion

The stuff are rude also the shuttle bus driver was rude never stop to pick people up at the stop sign for shuttle bus. He just pretend to stop and speed away. The other hotel shuttle bus came and noticed I was waiting for almost two hours and he was kind enough to take me in his route which is not the Crowne Plaza hotel shuttle.

Breakfast was good and location good too. Room was good.

The coffee machine was dirty. No drinking water in the room. No toothbrush,toothpaste and shaving kit. The swimming pool water was very dirty. No chlorine.

Breakfast that was meant to be included was only for two people despite us booking for four. When I spoke to the front desk, they weren’t helpful. There were also only 3 towels in our room, again, despite booking for 4 people.

Good hotel. Why manually key further pre auths unnecessarily?

I stayed about 12 days in a row under 3 reservations. On the third reservation they manually keyed a 72 dollar pre auth for parking which they charged under the original pre auth. This was pointless, and it has still not been released 3 days after checking out. - the only negative. - this was not authorized by me, and pointless for them to have done as it was never done before. - might not return

Nice place to stay that wasn’t too expensive.

The free shuttle that ran late helped a lot because Lyft had ridiculous prices even at 12:30 am. Good location.

The first night we were in 1014 which is next to the elevators. We heard the elevators going all night from 1 am to when we woke. I requested a room change for night 2 and it was so much better.

The hotel is well located, with easy check-in/out, comfortable bed, good shower - perfect for an overnight transit. shuttle ran efficiently and on time - no complaints whatsoever!

Reception staff were all pleasant. Cleaning staffs were all excellent. The bus driver was so kind.

Although its an old hotel, I'm amazed how the cleaning staff maintain the cleanliness and the smell of the rooms and the hotel areas. Reception staffs were all pleasant and helpful, I appreciate their concerns for my safety and well being.

I dislike the behaviours of some staff in the dining area during breakfast time. A staff took all the sausages and brought it back to the kitchen and offered it to all the kitchen staff before 1030 AM. She probably thought that I don't understand Spanish.

Location was good and room was comfortable

The rooms and hotel is old and worn out. There’s a musky/ dusty smell throughout. Our shower didn’t work and as we were flying out early only realised in the morning when too late. Check in staff aren’t the happiest and lack of valet or anything getting bag trolleys I had to go up the floor and find my own.

I use to love Crown Plaza but it’s falling downhill quick!

The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were fast.

It took 20 minutes for the hot water to heat. The curtains are stained & the room is was musty. Maintenance started hammering into the walls very early morning. Staff is very rude in your face. When you arrive no smiles just blank faces.

Accomodation and location was good and suited my 2 night stay.

Room was good, bed was comfortable. Shuttle service was very useful and drivers friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a nice temperature.

The temperature in the dining area was too cold. I have been to many hotels, this was the coldest dining room (and lobby, for that matter). No coffee making facilities in the room.

Despite booking b and b rate ,my children's breakfast wasn't covered . the breakfast we did get was poor and on two mornings by 9.30am most food was gone .Our room was only freshened up once in our four night stay . The riom fridge had Previous guests food in it. The hotel is very dated , the bed linen looked dirty it was so worn. booking.com were no help despite repeated contact.

Nice and quick

Check in and check out process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself seemed well taken care of. I would stay here again if I was in the area. I was only there for one night so I didn't get to use all of the amenities.

The final cost of the stay was more than I had expected. There was no mention of parking being $24 a day when booking so I was a bit surprised by that.
