I came to stay at the Courtyard after having been in the hospital for over five hours with cellulitis in my face and very sick.. I needed a room to Stay in and I booked through a third-party, even though I’m a Marriott member. During the time of my stay, I let the front staff know that I was not well.. when I tried to extend my stay, it was denied, and that they would not allow me to make any further reservations. I asked what the reason was but they would not give me a reason. The guy from the front desk just said had something to do with management a.k.a. Gary. But there was no reason at all. It was total discrimination and profiling. I put in a complaint to Marriott’s corporate headquarters. I’m totally ill , and by profiling me looking homeless they decided not to let me stay at the hotel. That’s the only thing I can come up with discrimination and I am disabled.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND..
