Definitely will stay there again.

I have a 15 passenger high top van and was able to park in the hotel lot as part of my booking (I.e., no extra charge beyond paying for the room.) This is a rarity in S.F. Peninsula).

If breakfast had been included in room price, it would’ve been perfect. It’s still very good value for the price.

Great airport stay

Great location close to airport. Free parking - that's a big bonus. We drove to Burlingame for a nice dinner prior to our flight the next morning. Beds were comfy and airport was a 10-minute drive. We were able to rest well before the trip.

GPS doesn't provide accurate location but that's not the hotel's fault. Happy hour should be free. Elevator was far from our room.

Clean and convenient with easy access to public transportation.

The room was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Dylan is located very close to the Millbrae train station—a very short walk. We were looking for a hotel close to SFO for an early morning departure. We returned our rental car the night before and took the BART back to our hotel. The taxi ride in the morning was 10 minutes and $20, and made for a stress-free morning of travel.

Great short stay near the airport.

Close to the BART train station which suited me very well. I could get to the airport quickly (10 mins on the train & 5ish mins walk). Loved the water & coffee available 24 hours & the reusable water bottles in the room for use while staying at the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating with storing luggage after check-in. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Shower was fine. Plenty of room. Lots of recommendations for restaurants & eateries nearby. Wine available in the lobby. Could open the windows of the room for fresh air. Vending machine available for snacks.

Room was a little noisy with other guests coming & going but not really a big problem. No on-site restaurant but again, didn't cause any problem for me.

Great charming place!

The hotel was super cute loved its charm! Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Nice staff and accommodations in lobby area.

It’s convenient to airport and Bart so therefore it’s got no view and directions were odd to get into the hotel bc of where it sits on the roads one way. Need clearer signage in the back where you have to pull into.

I really appreciate the hotels flexibility and will stay there again!!

The staff were extremely accommodating when our flight got cancelled and allowed us to come the following day. I really appreciate that!! My partner, Malcolm was able to check in early, and I still was stuck in Singapore.

Per my partner, He was awoken by the couple upstairs at 2-3am and then a lot of loud banging continued for over an hour.

Close to the Bart station and easy access to the hotel and airport. Beautiful place with a very nice patio for relaxing and enjoying a snack or a drink. Hotel very clean. Hotel offered snacks and quick breakfast items, drinks, and wine. The parking was free which I appreciate very much.

The location

I have a service dog and a 3 lb. yorkie. The lady at the front desk said they would not charge me for the Yorkie and the service dog is never charged. After I left they added an additional $50 to my credit card, after we checked out. And we cleaned up the room quite well. No accidents from my animals, they do NOT bark or cause any trouble. They said the room was not ready when we arrived and would be an additional 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, they hadn't even started cleaning it so we took a room way farther away. I am disabled and it made the 2 day stay awful for me.

Close to airport, clean rooms, near Caltrain and BART for easy access to the city, private and quiet

Super close to the airport. We were able to take a bus from nearby station (2 min walk) to the airport on our departure date and the whole trip only took about 14 minutes. Super convenient. Beds were also very comfortable. No fridge or microwave with traditional room--but plenty of restaurants within walking distance made this a nonissue for us since we only stayed one night.

I remember getting a text that an upgrade to a room with a mini fridge and a microwave would only be like 25 bucks extra a night--which is totally reasonable. I suppose I'm not used to not having that included in a standard hotel stay is all.

Could be better

The hotel room and infrastructure are very well maintained. Almost looked like a new hotel.

The staff is not very helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm instead of standard check-in at 2pm. They charged us 25$ for early check-in. The person made us wait for 15 mins with their inept communication about room upgrades. So we ended up paying 25$ for a 15 min early check-in. We had to start our work calls so we just rolled our eyes and began our work asap.

Fun hotel, great location, excellent value for the price!

This hotel has a great location and provides excellent value for the price. We had a deluxe room with two queen beds, and it was enormous! It even had a record player and a few albums in the room, which was a fun touch. It was also great to have free parking, as many hotels near the airport charge up to $50 per day! There are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which is nice, and because BART and Caltrain are just around the corner, it's easy to get into San Francisco by public transportation. I was a bit worried that the train noise would bother us, as our room faced onto the tracks, but the double windows blocked out all the noise, so we didn't hear a thing. We had a problem with the smoke detector, which randomly kept going off, but the woman at the front desk promptly took care of it for us. Loved having a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and free reusable water bottles in the room. We also appreciated that the entire hotel was spotlessly clean.

The bathroom was a bit tired, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The blackout curtains didn't fully block the light from the window, which annoyed me, but it didn't bother my daughter at all. I would still stay here again!

Amazing night for an amazing price

I enjoyed the hospitality from the staff and the room. it was very clean and very comfortable. the beds were very comfortable, room was very spacious.

I did not like how there was only one ice machine, and the room was dark. if there were brighter lights it would help me navigate for it is it hard to see at night.

Refreshing

Nice and comfy. Well located near the airport, 6min Uber ride to Terminal 2 at 6h30am. Room was clean and nealy remodel. Relax environment. Liked the vinyl records in the room with the turntable. Awesome vide.

Cute place to stay

This is a little hidden gem right off the El Camino. It is one of those old 60's Motel that has transformed in to awesome! The rooms are comfortable, lots of amenities. Cute little places to hang out if you don't want to be in your room. Staff was great and helpful. I had a great view of the fog coming over the hills.

Would have been nice to have a frig in the room. But every thing else was great.

Quite comfortable, very clean, and good service, but the room was a little too dark.

The scrabble board with magnetic letters was great. Coffee-maker with coffee and tea packets in the room. Ecological water bottles that could be refilled. Clean bathroom and sheets, and good cleaning service. All of these were a major plus. The lobby was small, but nice. The trickling water fountain and open air seating area inside the hotel with plants all around made it feel very peaceful and attractive.

I would have liked a free breakfast with a little more substance like fruit and oats, and such.
