Sherry (receptionist) was very helpful and efficient. We arrived just after midnight for a short layover, and she was gracious enough to allow us a late checkout so we could get enough sleep. This meant a lot to us, especially as we were travelling with a child.
When I was showering, I noticed the shower gel container was empty. I reported it the next morning, and they quickly replaced it.

Easy access via shuttle from airport. The staff was really nice and always love the cookies
The room was extremely dusty. It was as if the phone ,bed headboard, vents, sprinkler had not been cleaned in ages. There were thick layers of dust everywhere
