The hotel is a 10-minute ride from the airport; the drivers are attentive, and the service is always punctual.
It is far from downtown SF, but in my case—as I was attending a convention in the Bay Area—it was fantastic. The restaurant next to the hotel is also very good, featuring a varied menu and reasonable prices; hotel guests receive a 10% discount. The hotel offers freshly baked cookies every afternoon. It also features an outdoor pool, though I didn't have time to use it. Varied and tasty breakfast.
There is absolutely nothing to complain about—only praise. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, however; since the airport is nearby, you can hear the sound of aircraft engines during takeoff.

Close to airport and staff was friendly.
Room smelled like smoke and it was dirty in there. I expected better. Also the shuttle didn’t pick me up when they said they would I had to stop at another shuttle and walk from the street to hotel. The breakfast was ok.
