    I didn't realise when I booked the hotel that it was right in the middle of the FIFA WC temporary pedestrian mall. I guess I signed up for that :) It was exactly as noisy as you'd expect for a party zone; the sound insulation doesn't come close to blocking everything out and I slept with earplugs for the first time ever in my life. Not a complaint, like I say, you sign up for that in that location. In return you get ~10 min walk to Canada and Expo lines, easy to get places on buses or trains. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room did everything it needed to do. One of the lamps didn't have its power outlet and USB socket actually installed, so it was just an empty hole, but there are plenty of other outlets/sockets in the room, so not a problem at all. Would recommend, so long as you care more about being in the fun zone than having peace and quiet.

    It was an awesome decision to stay here, perfectly situated near a convenince store just across the street, and restaurant options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Quick check in, and were allowed to check in early. Had vendo machine on our floor which was good if you want to grab some snacks. Our unit had a microwave which was great for reheating some takeouts

    Good location in a very busy area but many homeless people around. Quite noisy with many fire engines and ambulances passing by. Rooms are old and not too well maintained. The carpets …. You have to request for drinking water and need to go down to front desk to pick them. They decline to deliver to your room.
