Villa Dida Hvar

Lovely hostess. Appreciated the wine, cheese, grapes and bread on arrival. Very nicely presented with the kitchen living area incorporating original stone walls and floors, as well as stone walls evident in other parts of the house. The outdoor patio was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine. The beds were comfortable, if squeaky. Lots of lovely towels. Fantastic location right in the old town, but also convenient to the handy old town parking lot if you are driving. Felt cozy, authentic, and inviting. Lovely place to stay in Hvar!

It was a little cool the two nights we stayed so some extra blankets would have been great. The main living area is lovely, but one more comfy armchair would be nice as we stayed in one night and with six of us, so we had to use some kitchen chairs, but this is a really minor complaint. It's got a lot of stairs and is a bit steep. I wouldn't suggest it for mobility challenged people.
