Lola Apartments - ZF Hvar

Location! The layout worked really well for us. We rented 2 apartments- the 2BR for the young adults and the 1BR for us. Both were clean and well appointed. Easy to get anywhere in Hvar. It’s in the heart of town. I highly recommend this property.

About the noise: I was concerned reading other reviews, so we were prepared. We put some noise cancelling headphones on and had a great night’s sleep. Hvar is a lively town and if you want to stay in the center of it, there will be noise. The location was worth it to us, and we have no complaints about that. My only other suggestion, which is an easy fix, is to provide 2 keys. The property has a lockbox to help people share keys, but 2 keys would be much more convenient.

Great Location in a busy part of town. Room was great with a slight view of the waterfront.

Bars on the street below can be a little noisy at night, but closing the windows and turning on the AC, it wasn't an issue getting to sleep.

Perfect location, right in downtown and was close to restaurants, shops, 5 min walk to Bonj Beach. Room was clean, spacious, great balcony, stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Highly recommend, and would stay again.

The apartment is a close walk from the harbour and offers a balcony, access way easy. The bed was comfortable.

The noise from the bar below was really bad, we both struggled to sleep during the entire stay. Once we had paid non refundable to book the host messaged to say there can be some noise which seemed fine. What we didnt expect was there to be screaming, shouting and football chants till past 2am. On our first night people didnt leave till gone 3am. The windows being closed offers limited sound proofing. The smell of smoke comes through the vents from I assume the bar downstairs. As you cant have the windows open due to noise this was unpleasant. Our clothes smelt of stale smoke. When we arrived the keys were in the door and lock box open with code showing, as we're the apartments around us. This meant anyone who had been in the hall would know everyone's codes. The downstairs door which is beside a bar does not lock, so felt people could access the property.
