Lovely modern and clean apartment in the centre of Hvar

Bright, clean, lovely views and really comfortable. The outside space was also an unexpected treat.

It was quite loud at a night from the bar below but we had been pre-warned and nothing a good pair of earplugs couldn’t fix but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper and early to bed. If you love a lively bar then probably the ideal location.

A studio apartment with minimalist and modern design. Nice and clean. Located in the city centre. Charming and calm area. Lovely view from the french balcony and a private terrace in the back.

The loft has low rising ceilings, so you can't make full use of the space. The stairs to the apartment are a bit steep (not ideal for elderly or with small children).

Definitely well located in Hvar

We liked the location as well as the apartment which looks like the pictures. Much appreciated all recommendations provided by the accommodation management team. Definitely a great place to stay while visiting Hvar

Be aware it’s above a very noisy bar. Interior is nice but dark.

Interior was lovely.l, however photos deceptive with light/window view. Very dark inside. No views at all apart from into a neighbours backyard.

LOUD, run-down apartment that smells of second hand smoke with rude management company

Centrally located in Hvar and a short walk from the ferry with minimal steps, except the flight of steps to access the apartment.

The moment we stepped in this apartment I picked up the phone to call Booking.com to cancel our reservation. It wreaked of stale cigarette smoke and a musty smell masked by strong cleaning solutions. There was even an ashtray on the inside cafe table, even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I was traveling with my 22-year-old daughter who has a sensitivity to second-hand smoke and odors, so after some back-and-forth with the mgmt company (via What's App--btw: in the future I would stick to communicating via Booking.com so there's a record of the conversation, and there is NO onsite mgmt) I was told they were "completely against a full refund" and the "apartment's interior is definitely non-smoking but ashtray is there for solely purpose to smoke on the balcony." They asked for my daughter's "medical papers" to confirm her condition and in that case they would be ready to refund 50% for immediate cancelation. I said I would write a review about the smell and they said the owner doesn't "accept any kind of blackmailing with reviews as those reviews will definitely be deleted by Booking.com." Our U.S. doctor sent us an email (included the office's phone number and email) confirming my daughter "has a medical sensitivity to strong orders including cigarette smoke" that I pasted into What's App and sent. They then asked for an "official document". After some back and forth the doctor emailed a letter on the office's letterhead that I forwarded and they claimed "it's not a medical record, there is no diagnosis" and it's not acceptable and in a later message he accused me of sending him a "fake email report"! The whole chain of exchanges were SO rude & disturbing and so completely opposite of all the other warm & friendly hosts we experienced in Croatia.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. Its above a busy bar owned by the same people. Its walking distance from everywhere in Hvar. The host gave us some great tips for where to get food and other advice. Perfect place for a group who are looking to enjoy the nightlife of the local area.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean in a central and busy location. The owners also have the bar underneath that has lovely food and drinks and is lively of a night, they also give 10% discount to those staying at the apartment!

Good location but the noisiest place in Havar.

It was clean and easy to locate. The communication was great. Bed very comfortable.

There should be a notice about how this location has the loudest bar downstairs. Omg we couldn’ sleep until after 2am both nights. This is not a tranquil place. I’m from LA and we have some noise but this was so crazy loud. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who likes to sleep. The owners need to replace the sockets in that wall of the bedroom so you can plug in your phone or the lamp. only one side works. The bathroom vanity mirror didn’t work. The oven hood light didn’t work. This apartment is just very basic nothing special.

Lovely property, very modern. Staff were friendly and attentive, they sent a message half way through the stay to make sure all was ok. Good location in that it is a few minutes from the main square.

It is very noisy until 2am when the bar closes, if I hadn’t have taken ear plugs I wouldn’t have slept till 2am each night.

Great communication from the hosts prior to and during our stay. Facilities in the apartment are great and the apartment was as expected and centrally located within beautiful Hvar. Plenty of coffee and tea provided and a good sized terrace at the rear of the apartment.

The apartment is located above the very popular Lola Bar, which was open until 2am on the nights we stayed, (Mon-Wed) and although it isn't too loud, you can hear the bar from the apartment. It wasn't a massive problem for us and definitely isn't a problem if you're not planning on an early night, but guests should be aware.

Superb

The location was superb, very central and the apartment was just as described and pictured. Communication was super efficient and we were able to check in early. Very clean with all the essentials provided including oil/spices for an easy meal if needed. Free welcome drink at Lola bar just downstairs. Parking for 40kn/day located nearby.

Wifi was a little spotty - it’s perfectly fine for normal use but if you need to get some work done (I had to take some zoom calls) it was a bit unstable. This wouldn’t deter me though, always nice excuse to be to go sit in a cafe to work or just not work at all and enjoy! Also hot water tank for two women who want to wash their hair is a little bit small so just something to be aware of/conservative with hot water use.
