It was a bit noisy from the neighbors. Unfortunately the outdoor area was not really usable.

The room was a good size, clean and decorated well. It is situated right by the seafront which is lovely and very convenient.
The above floorboards / ceiling offered no soundproofing whatsoever. Every time the occupant above walked around, there was a loud, persistent creaking noise that sounded as if they were coming through our ceiling. This disturbance was so loud and occurred at approximately 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM every morning, consistently waking us up. It became evident that the person above likely resides there full-time and follows a regular work schedule.
I contacted Clara regarding the issue. While she did apologise, she informed me that moving us to another room was not possible. I then requested a partial refund due to the significant disruption to our sleep caused by structural issues. Unfortunately, this request was declined, and Clara subsequently stopped responding to my messages. I found this lack of communication disappointing and not reflective of good customer service.
There are 4 rooms part of Hvar riva rooms within this block, so I’m not sure if other rooms also experienced this disturbance as well.
Also the safe didn’t work, there was nowhere to put wet towels / swimming costumes, and there was no daily maid service. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.
