Perfect!

Beautiful property, super location, comfy beds, just perfect! The terrace outside makes you feel like you’re part of the bustle of a small Mediterranean place. Perfect for a group of friends or a small family. The host is great, easy going! For those coming by car, public parking is really close. Just a perfect place!

Great stay at Villa Alea! The location is amazing. Right in the center of the city! Everything was so clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay. If I were to come back to Hvar I would definitely look to book this place again.

The stairs are very steep especially to go to the top floor. Also the church bells start ringing at 5 am and are very loud from this villa. It woke everyone up.

Nice property in a wonderful location.

Excellent location, convenient to everything. Some nice touches, like slippers. WiFi was great.

These are small things but for the cost, should be fixed. The air conditioning units were finicky. The interior seemed dusty. There were very few coffee mugs. Instructions for the washing machine and dishwasher would have been helpful.

Exceptional

Clean, spacious and well appointed house located right in the heart of Hvar. Convenient for everything, but hidden in a quiet street near to the Cathedral. The main bedroom also had a small balcony. Our host met us at the property and gave us plenty of useful tips and information.

Fantastic property

The Villa host Tea is great - she could not have been more helpful, accommodating requests and making excellent recommendations. The villa was cleaned every 3 days and fruit, snacks and treats replenished which was a lovely touch. The bathroom to bedroom ratio is hard to find in Hvar. Will definitely go back!

Perfect location

The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the ferry and town square. Super clean with all the amenities needed. Tea, the host was super helpful and very responsive at all times. I would definitely stay here again. Thank Tea for being a super host.

The only negative thing I could say is the bathroom in bedroom 2 was a very small bathroom but like I said it was clean and served its purpose.

A delightful residence ,with a good little restaurant serving authentic Croatian food next door !

The owner ,Maja ,was truly delightful to meet ,very professional and accommodating to all our needs . This is an excellent apartment ,well located and with good facilities . Really enjoyed Hvar because of our accommodation.

The steps were a challenge for older legs !

Little Gem

Amazing location, beautiful villa. We were met in the square near the villa by Mia who was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had put a welcome pack in of beer, wine, juice, fruit and walnut brandy which was lovley. The villa is so well equipped and everything is new and so tasteful. We would definitely go back.

Espectacular la propiedad. Excelente el equipamiento. Amorosa la propietaria que nos recibió con frutas, agua, jugo, galletitas.

El acceso al lugar tiene varios escalones y la propiedad tiene escaleras. Para mover valijas se torna complicado sobre todo para personas mayores. Solo sugiero un aviso en la publicación.
