I needed a room for two nights whilst doing a course in the area. This was basic and cheap, quiet enough. Good wifi, a local takeaway and Gregg’s etc within a two minute walk.
The house has full cooking provisions, and space to relax.
As others have mentioned, it is dated, but that’s fair enough for the price paid.
I had the downstairs room, to be honest some curtains would have been good for privacy where the blinds don’t quite cover the corners.
I also wasn’t sure on the off-road parking situation, as another resident parked their workvan at the front of the driveway to the side, but it looks like there was more space behind it.

Short 10 minute walk from town bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet no bathroom in the room but was literally right next door and very clean if you just need a quiet place to sleep for the price you can not go wrong plenty of mini shops and take away places to eat if you want something easy
Slightly dated decorating but honestly for the price the bed more than made up for it and only minor niggles nothing worth worrying about
