Clean and big rooms

I couldn’t reach to close the bathroom window so felt cold.

Me and my wife attended Middlesbrough v Cardiff football match which was only a 20 minute walk away. Host friendly and responded really quick. Allowed us to park on the drive. En suite shower was amazing, with shower gel too. TV in the bedroom was good and the WiFi was super quick too. Comfy bed and really clean bedding. Perfect for what we needed. Also shared kitchen with unlimited tea and coffee was cool thanks. Must not forget great value for money too. Would totally recommend staying here.

Eventhough the shower was amazing Room 8 did have a few maintenance issues in the bathroom. However this did not effect us at all. Can't speak for the other rooms!!!!! Early 9:30 checkout was tiring. However host does have multiple rooms to clean so we do get it. Also host did mention for us to take our time so we were not rushed at all.

The place was lovely, very clean and well maintained, and just a 5-minute walk from the university, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend it for the location and cleanliness.

I feel £45 for one night is a bit expensive, especially with check-in at 2 pm and check-out as early as 9:30 am. You don’t even get a full 24-hour stay. A slightly later check-out time would make it much better value for money. Overall, a pleasant stay!

I liked that the room was clean and ventilated in summer

I had a macbook charger plugged in, came back to take it back but was gone. So just that part I didn't have a great experience, also there was a worker who supposed to be the housekeeper I assume, without knocks tried to open the door, he thought I was gone but even then you always knock. Apart from that it was a good stay which made me leave with not much of a mood lets say...
