No staff available Illicit substances being used by residents in plain sight & felt very unsafe Requested refund & was refused even though the property is falsely advertised. No mention that the council uses it as living spaces. I didn't feel comfortable to stay so never checked in

They had a zero tolerance for antisocial behaviour. Yet, for the two nights I stayed I felt unsafe and uneasy, local res
I didn't like the property much, besides the accessibility.
No hot water for showering. In the bathroom there was an exposed outlet next to the shower string to use to turn on the hot water.

very worst room I had ever stayed. Stinky room, broken toilet. Asked for room changed request additional payment. Allotted room was different and room given was different.
