The lodge was very nice and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and they helped us a lot. The location is also great for visiting Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort. We were very satisfied and really enjoyed our stay.

We were warming welcome and received outstanding assistance in many forms from the host throughout our stay. The host help us transport our luggages in the thick snow. The property was exceptionally clean, well resourced and comfortable. Location was great, in the ski resort and gondola station nearby. Ingyou was such an amazing host, helping us with every elements of our stay, can't thank him enough! He took my son to the hospital and was there explaining to the Doctor on the injury, helping to interpret and making sure everything is fine. He is such an amazing host! Highly recommended!

Nothing, e verything is perfect!

We loved the location and the easy access to the lifts. The kitchen facilities were excellent with plenty of cooking utensils and space. The bedrooms were spacious and warm.

There were no restaurants nearby that we could walk to in the evening but the hosts were willing to take us anywhere we needed to go.
