The hotel was very unique, the hot springs were fantastic, and soaking in the hot springs while enjoying the snow was an unforgettable experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful family trip, thank you for your service!

To be honest, it's a bit far from the airport, and transportation isn't very convenient; you'll need to hire a car.

Japanese room was perfect, service stellar, and food amazing. The staff was extremely kind and did everything to help us, even if English was not always easy for them - would definitely recommend for a super nice and authentic experience. Also very nice onsen!

The surrounding area was beautiful and serene! The property has everything you need and our room was well appointed. We were giving every toiletry imaginable and some very nice skincare products were available in our room and at the public onsens. The property had 3 restaurants from which we had our meals (which were amazing!!) and the lobby had free espresso in a beautiful area overlooking the river that runs directly next to the property. The food was fresh and we had locally caught fish and locally foraged mushrooms in a soup that was out of this world! The staff were very attentive and generous with their time and energy. Massage was offered onsite and the providers came to our room!
