So glad we decided to stay here instead of doing a day trip from minakami which would have been confusing and inconvenient. Staff was excellent! Facilities are dated but mostly clean. Good range of products in souvenir shop. Rooms are comfortable but the doors are difficult to lock. Food is satisfactory. Large variety of items but selection of food items is mediocre

We supposed to stay there for 3 days as saw the review was good . To our surprises it was not what we have expected . No amenities, so many outdoor onsen but was dirty . The food was salty but it gave a big quantity. No cleaning and changing of towels and make up beds for rest of the stay . We decided to check out after a night stayed . Never go back there again
