Unfortunate experience

Location

Unprofessional hosting - huge mess with the online check-ins, they gave us links to multiple different systems with mismatching information across the systems on tax payment, whether we payed at all (!!) and arrival time. Moreover, we requested early check in and they confirmed it but when we arrived we were asked to wait for 2h until the apparent is ready. When I pointed that out, they said that I can get there now and only later I realized that apparently they just skipped the cleaning at least partially. I hope that it was the case because it was not clean in my opinion. If that is the case I wish that was communicated directly.

Disappointing 😞

We were celebrating our 60th birthday together, my husband and I and I wish it was a better experience for us. Unfortunately, we never got greeted by anyone nor did anyone follow up with us on how we felt staying at their place or even asked to reach out if we needed anything. The place was nice and close to the train station and to the airport which was a plus. The mattress was too soft, more like a waterbed. There was nothing in the room to make us feel welcomed by our host, in fact the kitchen sink had cigarette ashes in it which I had to clean and it smelled like smoke. My husband and I had to leave for a while letting it air out, I couldn't stay in there with my asthma situations. I did complain about all that and was told it was going to be addressed. Unfortunately when we returned nothing was done. No dish towels to dry the dishes that were used, we had to buy our own paper towels and napkins to use. We had no soap in the bathroom, so we had to use dish soap to wash our hands. The Internet was cut off on us a day early and we had to complain as we had our departure plans to make. Unfortunately it wasn't as nice as we thought it would be. No coffee maker or coffee on the premises but, fortunately we had a short walk to the train station where there is a good coffee shop. This was the only place in Europe that we stayed at that requested for a security deposit which brings me to think, I must check with my bank to make sure the deposit was refunded to me. Good thing, that was just a hub, we travelled to Venice and to Florence which made it easier for us.

Qualita' scarsa

La caldaia era in blocco e c'e' voluto un po di tempo per farla ripartire. Inoltre ila cannella della cucina era rotta e perdeva acqua quindi se l'aprivi allagavi la cucina

La pozione strategica vicino alla stazione e la possibilità di avere un parcheggio interno chiuso.

Purtroppo non sono usuale a fare recensioni negative ma la casa che all’apparenza sembrava a posto una volta entrati si è rivelata una mancanza di una serie di servizi di necessità: - le stoviglie erano tutte sporche con macchie visibili e mancava l’occorrente per pulirle (semplice spugna e sapone) -mancanza di carta igienica (mancanza di qualsiasi genere di carta o fazzoletto) -la persiana del soggiorno era rotta aperta totalmente (per chi dorme in soggiorno entra totalmente luce) -mancanza di un qualsiasi genere di sapone o detergente -mancanza di una coperta più pesante (adesso che iniziano ad esserci 10 gradi all’esterno farebbe comodo per evitare di alzare troppo il riscaldamento) Per alcune di queste cose basta SAPERLO (anche da un cliente come me) e organizzarsi procurandoselo prima per non avere problemi. L’ingresso al parcheggio non è semplice con una macchina familiare. PS PER I FUTURI OSPITI: VI abbiamo lasciato spugna e carta igienica ;)

très bon séjour a pise .

point positif l'appartement était bien car proche du centre ville des restaurants des boutiques et de la tour de pise .clim très bien .salle de bain propre et grande .et beaucoup de rangements appréciable . point négatif matelas trop mou ,l'appartement n'était pas nickel poussière sur le contour du lit le balcon sale non balayer et surtout l'endroit ou l'on doit se garer impossible de s'y mettre car il faut vraiment une petite voiture pour pouvoir y passer dommage .

changement du canape et du matelas de la chambre . l'emplacement pour la voiture trop étroit pour pouvoir rentrer se garer il faut avoir une petite voiture .parking prive gratuit mais dommage de ne pas avoir pu y rentrer .

Satisfait de notre séjour en famille.

Emplacement à deux de la gare , commerces et restaurants très proches du lieu de résidence. Logement propre.

Nous aurions apprécié, vu notre arrivée tardive (minuit)avoir une bouteille d'eau à disposition. Il manquait quelques produits d'entretien ( produit vaisselle, lave mains, essuie-tout , torchons...).
