I was offered a free upgrade to a double room, but Timothy was really understanding when I requested to stay in the single room which was delightful. It's great to get the bus there to and from central Manchester.
Getting the train to the nearest stop was not as nice a walk, but that's OK because the bus was great.

The host Tim was excellent, replied promptly to confirm my booking & answered all my queries prior to my stay e.g. parking arrangements & also helped answer a couple of questions whilst staying in Manchester at his property e.g. how best to get into Manchester. The property was extremely clean & for the small room that it was all furniture was well organised.
You can’t help or change this, the room was definitely compact but perfectly formed for a single room. A light next to/attached to the head board would have been great so no need to get out of bed to switch main light off & a phone charging socket would have been great too!

The bathroom was really nice and clean had everything you need in there and how you didn’t need to deposit anything and check in was basically at any time . Peaceful and the tv was nice too
