L’appartamento è abbastanza vicino al centro che si raggiunge in 15 minuti di cammino. Si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e lontana dal traffico. È presente un posto auto interno. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. L’alloggio risulta molto pulito e ben accessoriato.
