Nightmare. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the ground floor apartment.

There is misleading info from the host on the first page of offer, that apartments are air conditioned. It is not true. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the ground floor apartment. There is only one very weak fan in the corner of apartment. False description of the apartment.

We were during summer in a hot season and the host did not provide even second fan. There is no air condition in the ground floor apartment. We could not move to the host’s second apartment, which was free, because the air conditioning in the other apartment was broken. The host was unable to arrange it repairs within 4 days.

Best Apartment Rental Desenzano. RC

The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent making it really easy to get to all the parts of Desenzano. The landlord is hands on and very helpful. We needed to get transport to Central Station when leaving and no Taxi was available to us. We approached him for assistance and got sorted out with transport in no time.

The location was really nice and there is a nice garden/terrace to sit and have lunch/dinner. The appartment was clean and the facilities are good for the kitchen and well equipped with plates, forks, etc. The car could be safely parked in front of the appartment.

It seems this was a garage that was converted to a room so it's quite dark. Contrary to the listing there are no board games/puzzles. There is no cleaning and the "free toileteries" meant some soap and 1 toilet paper. The bed was not comfortable.

La casa è davvero bella, un modello classico, tutto diviso (cucina, camere da letto, bagno e dispensa) e anche tutto era molto pulito... Tuttavia, penso che quando si affitta un immobile si debba fare la manutenzione di tutto (elettricità, gas, ecc.). Per i primi due giorni la casa ha avuto il riscaldamento, poi è diventato gelido, così freddo che ho finito per ammalarmi. Per finire, stavo pranzando il penultimo giorno, mi ero appena svegliata, ero in pigiama, e il vicino di casa dall'altra parte del corridoio ha suonato il campanello. Ho aperto la porta e mi ha spiegato che era perché la porta d'ingresso era aperta, come se fossi l'unica nel palazzo. Ci sono anche altri inquilini, e per quanto mi ricordo ho sempre lasciato la porta chiusa quando entravo o uscivo dal palazzo. Quindi, prima di affittare, devi parlare con il tuo vicino e fargli sapere che affitterai quell'appartamento, perché non avrai sempre inquilini tranquilli, o meglio, non vuoi problemi? NON AFFITTARE, semplice così... Ho dovuto persino lasciare 28 € sul tavolo dopo tutto questo... Sono andato in vacanza da casa e per schiarirmi le idee sono rimasto così deluso e stressato che ho lasciato il posto lunedì sera.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage.

Sehr zentral, fußläufig zum Gardasee und zur Altstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants.

Die Sessel waren nicht bequem. Die Einrichtung war zum Teil schon recht abgewohnt.
