we loved this apartment

the apartment has 3 beds in 2 bedrooms , all the beds were comfortable. the host was very nice and helped us with our planning. free parking, good pizza place very close to the apartment. we loved it

a lot of stairs because the main bedroom and the bathroom are not in the smae floor. but not a big deal.

Can't recommend enough

Fabio and Antonella were fabulous hosts. The property itself was amazing, so spacious and in a brilliant location. I can't thank them enough for this stay and we'd love to come back again!

We had some slight WIFI troubles but Antonella came round straight away to fix this. No major issues at all!

Comfortable apartment with a village/lake view from the bedroom

Great apartment on two levels with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The owner kindly offers pick-up and drop-off service to Desenzano train station!

Don't miss this lovely place

If you are visiting Lake Garda by car and manage to secure this wonderfully spacious apartment for your stay you have won 1st prize in the lottery of booking.com. superbly equipped and blessed with 3 bathrooms. It is just a short walk into town and an invigorating walk back. You could not park any closer anyway without paying a fee or risk getting towed. The host is charming and helpful and this further enhanced our stay. Fantastic value and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, the only thing we did not like was the fact that this place was so much better than anywhere else we stayed it spoilt us for the rest of our vacation.

Lovely apartment close to Desenzano

It was a lovely apartment very close to Desenzano. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with a lot of clean towels. The shower worked well and it was great to have two bathrooms. It was nice in the evening sitting out on the porch too and looking at the view of Desenzano. There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom which you have to pay extra for but it's very reasonably priced. What really sticks out is how helpful the owners have been. They picked us up from the station and took us back there again when we were checking out. Antonella was always on hand if you had any questions about the property.

There is quite a big hill back up to the apartment 😂 Also, the mezzanine steps can be a bit difficult to walk up and down.

Very relax trip to Lake Garda in the wonderful apartment

Very nice host! Responded to my questions promptly. Great location, near the city center but in a side quarter which is quiet enough, and with the view to the Lake Garda from the balcony! The pool is a couple of hundred meters away and it is very clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything went great!

Perfect place for our bike team to stay as we enjoyed cycling around Lago Garda.

Hostess was cheerful and helpful. Made checkin/checkout easy and helped us get oriented. The place is very spacious and nicely situated on a hill above the old town.

Getting hot water in one of the bathrooms was difficult and never really worked well. Also, although the WIFI (WLAN) seemed okay, the internet dropped out for long periods, typically in the morning hours.

We booked this place last minute and were extremely impressed with the accommodation and service. The owner is extremely polite and helpful. They also siggested some restaurants which made our evening perfect!

Very good

Gated parking behind the house was very nice. The owners are very helpful. The owners have several different appartments, this is in an older ”townhouse” close to the city center. Villagio Esmera has newer and more modern and spacious appartments approx. 0.5 km away, in the outskirts of Desenzano. The swimmingpool is located in Villagio Esmera and there you can also find a garden with a playground and large soccer field.

The apartment is charming but it feels a bit small since it is in 3 floors. Not suitable for smaller children or if you have problem with stairs.

המיקום מעולה - 5 דקות מהאגם ומהמרכז שבו יש בתי קפה, מסעדות וחנויות. שכרנו דירה בת 4 חדרים ו- 2 אמבטיות - הדירה היתה מרווחת מאד ומלבד החדרים היה גם סלון גדול, חדר שבו פינת אוכל ומרפסת מקסימה שמשקיפה לאגם. הבית מצויד בכל הנדרש לבישול, הדירה נקיה והמארחת אנטונלה מקסימה וזמינה תמיד. היא גם המליצה לנו על מקומות לבילוי ואוכל - השתמשנו בהמלצותיה ולא התאכזבנו.

Sehr schöne restaurierte Ferienwohnung auf drei Etagen und zwei Toiletten. Zentral gelegen, nicht weit zum Zentrum und zum Gardasee.

Nett gelegene Unterkunft für Pärchen!

Es war sehr gut gelegen: man konnte direkt zu Fuß den Bäcker erreichen und war schnell in der Innenstadt. Zudem durfte man den Pool und die Ferienanlage etwas außerhalb mitbenutzen (3min mit dem Auto). Der Vermieter schreibt schnell und unkompliziert über Whatsapp und löste Probleme (siehe unten) auf Nachfrage sehr schnell.

Die Klimaanlage zeigte bei Ankunft leider Schimmelsporen und auf dem Dach nisteten Tauben und man hörte teilweise lautes gurren. Allerdings wurde beides vom Vermieter schnell beseitigt.

Először is a szállásadónk - Antonella - érkezésünk előtt már telefonon, üzenetben részletes útbaigazítást adott az apartmanról, a heyi látványosságokról. Érkesésünkkor a férje, Fabio várt a kulccsal, s részletes utikalaúzt ismertetett a közeli és távolabbi látványosságokról és éttermekről. Az utóbbinál a San Benedetto Pizzeria teljesen lenyűgözött minket. Felajánlotta a saját házánál (~250m) téritésmentesen használható medencéjét. A szállás tiszta, teljesen felszerelt, nagyon kellemes hangulatú. Fontos megjegyeznem a teljesen zárt, kamerával megfigyelt saját parkolót a hátsó udvarban! Összeségében nagyon kellemes és kedves szállásadókat imerhettünk meg Antonella és Fabio személyében! Köszönjük a szíves vendéglátást, legközelebb is jövünk! + + + + + +

Sehr schönes Appartement mit toller Sitzmöglichkeit vorm Haus. ⛱️ Perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten vor bzw hinter dem Haus im schattigen Carport 👍 Alles klimatisiert und gemütlich. Ein besonderes Lob an Antonella 🙏❤️ Sie hat uns sehr lieb empfangen, viele interessante Informationen vor und während des Aufenthalts gegeben. Einfach perfekt und professionell 👏👏🫶 Auch der Pool in der Nähe war sehr schön und empfehlenswert. 🤩

Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer war zu weit oben 🤔 Eine kleine Tretleiter oder Kleiderstab wäre empfehlenswert 👍😉

schöne Aufenthalt in Apartment Esmera

Die Lage von Apartment ist sehr günstig, weniger als 10 min. zu Fuß bis zu Altstadt, Hafen und Strand. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Apartment war sehr sauber mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, bequemes Bett 180 x 200. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Bei Anreise mit dem Zug wird man von Bahnhof Desenzano von Gastgeber Fabio abgeholt. Vielen lieben Dank!

Im Bad ist wünschenswert ein Paar Haken für Badetücher.
