amazing view and very kind host:)

Very nice view, cozy and warm apartment. The host organized boat tour for us :)

the house is located in front of parking and there is no crosswalk. It's quite dangerous to cross the highway during the evening. Also the train railway is near, so it's noisy during the night. Overall it's a nice apartment

Amazing sea view

The house is wonderfully situated on the lake with great views and a nice seating area. Momo was an exceptional host and helped us with everything, such as driving us to the beach and organizing a boat tour for us. The restaurant nearby is highly recommended.

Be careful when crossing the road and train tracks.

Like side amazing view

Great place waterfront at Skadar Lake, amazing view from the living room and from the bad room, the host was very helpful explained everything and was there every time we needed him. The supermarket is 7 min from the house and it's very comfortable to cook in the kitchen.

The parking is on the other side of the road and you need to cross the road and the rails to get to the house but it's OK.

Gerne wieder

Der Blick auf den See. Zusätzlich bietet der Vermieter Bootstouren über den See an. Wir sind am nächsten Morgen auf Tour gegangen und es war phenomenal! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist so viel schöner auf dem See zwischen dem Grün unterwegs zu sein, als von der Küste auf den See zu schauen. So schöne Natur und so viele Vögel 😍

Definitiv lohnenswert. Tolle Lage, netter Gastgeber, manchmal etwas laut…

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und ist wahrscheinlich lagetechnisch so mit das Beste, was man am Skadarsee machen kann. Es gibt ein ganz gutes Restaurant in der Nähe und einen Weinshop (mit Wein ab unter 5€). Das Apartment verfügt über einen guten Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine und eine gute Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich phänomenal, man hat eine eigene Terrasse, auf der man schön sitzen kann und Momo ist super sympathisch und freundlich - wirklich ein Goldstück. Man kann mit ihm eine private Bootstour auf dem See für einen sehr fairen Preis machen, die sich wirklich lohnt.

Es gibt wirklich kaum etwas an dieser Unterkunft auszusetzen. Allerdings liegt sie direkt an Bahngleisen und mehrmals am Tag (und auch noch in der Nacht), fahren direkt am Apartment Züge vorbei, was wirklich sehr laut ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber trotzdem empfehlen!

La meilleure vue sur le lac Skadar

Le meilleur emplacement pour découvrir le lac Skadar. Maison sur le bord du lac avec une vue incroyable et le coucher de soleil juste en face de la grande terrasse. Maison très bien équipée, propre et confortable Momo le propriétaire était adorable et très serviable et nous a emmené en bateau visiter le lac en mode privilégiés.

Pas évident de rejoindre la maison car il faut traverser la nationale et la voie ferrée mais la vue sublime vaut le coup !

Ich würde wieder kommen!

Eine geniale Unterkunft. Super Ausstattung, da die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine (und Waschmittel), Klimaanlage, eine neue Küche samt Ausstattung, ein Schlafzimmer, viele Handtücher usw. verfügt. Das Highlight ist natürlich die einzigartige Aussicht auf den See mit maximaler Privatsphäre. Ein Juwel. Momo hat ein großes Herz und uns kostenlos von der Bahn bei Ankunft abgeholt, wieder zur Bahn gebracht und war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwar fußläufig keinen Laden, aber Momo bietet einem an, etwas aus dem Supermarkt mit dem Auto zu holen, falls man doch etwas braucht. Wenn man das weiß, kann man aber natürlich davor schon einkaufen. Neben der Unterkunft ist zudem direkt ein geniales Restaurant mit einer günstigen Fischplatte für zwei Personen. Momo bietet zudem schöne Bootstouren an. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt eine 10/10, wenn man einfach mal abschalten möchte - wir sind zwei Nächte geblieben und haben einen Tag am Strand verbracht. Alles Gute !

La personne de contact est très agréable et très prévenante. Le cadre du logement est juste parfait, la vue sur le lac... C'est probablement un des meilleurs logements autonomes pour profiter du lac. Le logement possède tout le nécessaire et est très propre.

Une petite maison posée au bord du Lake Skadar

Le logement situé au bord du lac possède une très jolie vue et est très bien équipé : il ne manque rien.

Le plus délicat reste l'accès au logement qui doit se faire en traversant la voix ferrée à pied sans aucune protection : la vigilance est de rigueur. Et donc les trains, peu nombreux qui passent, à 10m de la maison.

Schitterende locatie met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Goede communicatie met gastheer.

Trein passeert op 10 meter van het huisje en je moet over de rails stappen om bij het huisje te komen…

Sehr abenteuerlich aber schön!

Sehr abenteuerlich aber sehr schön! Leider haben nicht genau nachgelesen wie man zu diesen Apartment kommt und Google Maps war auch nicht wirklich eine Hilfe. Wir durften dann die Parkplätze gegenüber nutzen. Dann ging’s über die stark befahrene Straße ohne Zebrastreifen. Danach weiter über die ungesicherten Gleisen und schon war man beim kleinen Häuschen. Der Besitzer ist wirklich sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns alles erklärt, Tipps zu Restaurants und Bootstouren weitergegeben. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Wunderschön! Es ist alles sauber und man kann in der Küche auch das Leitungswasser trinken. Im Sommer kann man den Terrassenbereich ebenfalls gut nutzen. Achtung: auf jeden Fall Gelsenmittel mitnehmen! Alles in allen echt toll und ein Erlebnis wert!

Rewelacyjny gospodarz. Dobry angielski. Wszystko pokazał i wyjaśnił. Apartament znajduje się przy ruchliwej drodze i torach kolejowych, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe. Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony. Nie jest duży, ale bardzo funkcjonalny. Wspaniały, duży, prywatny taras w widokiem na jezioro. Parking po drugiej stronie ulicy, ale bardzo blisko. Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Jeżeli ktoś potrzebuje noclegu w okolicach jeziora lub z szybkim dojazdem na lotnisko - zdecydowanie polecam. Na pewno lepsza alternatywa niż Podgorica. Restauracja obok.

Izuzetno ljubazni domaćini spremni da ispune svaku želju, čisto je, sve, što je neobhodno postoji u smeštaju. Nezaboravan zalazak sunca i vožnja brodićem.

Rewelacja. Cudowna lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem. Widok przepiękny. Gospodarz bardzo gościnny, urzekający serdecznością i otwartością. Apartament, a właściwie osobny domek z sypialnią, salonem, aneksem kuchennym, łazienką i dużym tarasem jest gustownie urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne do wygodnego, bezstresowego pobytu. Klimatyzacja zapewnia odpowiednią temperaturę. Na miejscu można skorzystać z oferty prywatnych wycieczek po jeziorze w towarzystwie sympatycznego kapitana. Jednym słowem cudowne miejsce prowadzone przez przesympatycznych gospodarzy, które mogę szczerze polecić, a im podziękować za wspaniały pobyt :-)
