Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, warm, comfortable, and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. The host is an extremely kind, warm-hearted, and caring lady. She went far beyond expectations. Even though we said we didn’t need breakfast, she woke up very early and prepared breakfast for us free of charge because we were leaving early. When we arrived very late in the evening and couldn’t find any restaurants, she kindly gave us food items, spices, and everything needed to cook, all free of charge. She told us not to worry and to cook comfortably instead of going out. Her generosity, kindness, and hospitality truly touched us and made us feel like family.

Lovely traditional apartment with wonderful host

This is a lovely traditional apartment in the countryside with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. It is just a short drive from Virpazar. The best feature was the host who couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived in torrential rain and she gave us wine and homemade produce for an evening meal and then a cooked breakfast the following morning.

Some things were a little rickety but overall it was great.

It’s basic; the owner is super nice

The location is not far from town but the road there is really narrow. REALLY narrow, scary narrow. You need to drive to town, and then it’s hard to find parking. The owner is very nice! We arrived rather late and didn’t have anything to cook dinner, so she cooked us dinner and breakfast for €15 per person. The food was… not good 😅 but we definitely appreciated the effort.

Perfect experience

We loved our stay in Apartment Sjekloca. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and retro, we felt like in our grandma's house. It is in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by mountains 6 km from busy Virpazar. The host needs a separate word. She was very caring, we felt very welcome and her hospitality was heart-warming. Although she speaks a little English, we managed to communicate through Google translate. Breakfast were tasty and cost 5 euros per person. We highly recommend this place!

Reccomend for a stay while at the Skadar lake.

The wonderful host is the best thing about the place. She made sure we were comfortable and provided us with amazing sweet treats in the morning. The view from the room is beautiful.

I think there’s a problem with a drainage - the smell from the restroom was a little problematic. The driveway is steep - be careful with a lower stanced cars.

Here is Montenegro. We discovered Rajka house and kindness. We spent human moment with her, she is modern because she offered us some time to talk using google traduction. All our family enjoy. She offered us some food, also products from her garden. We were happy as when we are in family.

A warm welcome to Montenegro

The host was very friendly, generous and welcoming providing doughnuts, vegetables and a welcome drink upon arrival (which was much later than planned). The property is large and comfortable and the AC really helped with the hot temperatures. It's well located to explore the south west (lake skadar and the coast).

I recommend it to those who are traveling with family.

For breakfast, the hostess baked donuts for us and served them with honey. They were very tasty. We lived in a mountain valley among grapes. She treated us with her own grown tomatoes, cucumbers, figs and other goodies from the garden

Everything was very good. We didn't expect the hostess to be so kind and obliging. So, everything was very good. Beautiful place, very quiet and close to the sea, only 25 km to the beach. Also 30 min. drive to the capital and only 5 minutes to the grocery store.

Amazing place

The sweetest host ever, who is really enthusiastic, funny and very welcoming. We had an amazing time here. The place is very quiet, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Virpazar.

That we had to leave today, after 5 wonderful days. :)

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location with an amazing host

Lovely apartment with really good size bedrooms. Well appointed little kitchen. Lovely balcony with beautiful views. Easy drive to Lake Skadar. What makes this apartment is the lovely host who lives in the apartment underneath. Lovely lady who made wonderful breakfasts, and also sent up biscuits and treats, and gave us fruit fresh from the garden.

The lady is very nice, the house is old but nice. The location is beautiful, though the road that leads there is narrow and dangerous (the old road from Virpazar to bar).

I can recomend especialy for moto bikers travels via mountains - there are ve nice views and nature.

Very nice to travel via Mountain on Motorbike. We can discus about history and culture with lady of house. Lady prepare for us dinner from local food from their garden and it was delicious.

Klidné místo, uprostřed přírody. Dvě ložnice (jedná s klimatizací). Vybavení je skromné,ale funkční. Mnohem podstatnější pro nás bylo, že majitelka ubytování je velice milá a přátelská žena, která se o nás starala jako o vlastní❤️. Moc děkujeme za krásný odpočinek.

Excellent séjour et c'est peu dire!

Le mot excellent est approprié. Hôte, Paysage somptueux, Calme, services, literie, climatisation, etc au top. Tous les produits de 1ère nécessité sont présents à volonté. On ne trouve pas de superlatif pour l'accueil et le dévouement de Rijka la propriétaire. Les petits déjeuners à 5€ sont superbes. Rijka nous a préparé 2 Diners excellents presque gratuits ce que nous n'avons pas accepté. Gite très proche de Virzapar base des croisières sur le lac KOTOR. Je recommande chaleureusement ce gite dont le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel. Remerciements chaleureux à Rijka et à ses 2 petites filles Adriana et angela sans oublier le chien snoopy.

Quelques petits détails techniques mineurs (lumières, portes, etc) pourraient être résolus mais cela n'enlève en rien de s'y trouver magnifiquement bien.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war so lieb, hat uns sogar am ersten Tag Frühstück gemacht, da wir abends angereist sind und noch nicht einkaufen konnten. Sie hat immer sicher gestellt, dass wir alles da hatten, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist auch top, sehr ruhig gelegen mitten in der Natur, aber trotzdem nicht weit weg von Virpazar, wo auch die ganzen Bootstouren starten. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen, wenn wir nochmal Urlaub am Skadarsee machen wollen.

Jutāmies ļoti mīlēti un gaidīti. Ne vien māja, bet pagalms bija sakopts. Loti patīkama un mierigavieta! Varējām baudit lēnas un nesteidzīgas ģimenes brokastis apakart nebija kņadas un satiksmes. Tikai īsta ciema dzīve. Ļoti autentiski.

Superbe accueil reçu dans ce logement. L'endroit est isolé avec de magnifique paysages. Le logement est propre et bien équipé pour 39€ la nuit. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous avons passés de bons moments avec Rijka, merci encore pour les beignets et le repas ! Le Montenegro authentique est ici.

Bayan Rajka son derece misafirperver, cana yakın, ikramda bulunmayı seven yani kısacası harika bir ev sahibi. Bize Şarabı, böreği, rajikayı ikram etti. Google çeviri kullanarak sohbet etti.

Tout!!! Mon meilleur souvenir du Monténégro ! Rajca est fantastique : merci pour toutes les attentions (le vin....etc....)❤️. Un merveilleux accueil, de belles discussions (merci le traducteur 😉).Je serais restée bien plus longtemps si j' avais pu et si je revenais , ce serait ici, sans hésiter! Et s'il faut parler du logement, il est parfait aussi: deux grandes chambres, tout pour cuisiner, une belle terrasse avec une très belle vue ! N'hésitez pas : dormez ici et n'oubliez pas de caresser Snoopy, le chien du quartier !!! Hvala Rajca!
