Skadar Lake Apartments and Wooden Cabin

La Wooden Cabin era davvero splendida, accogliente e confortevole. La posizione é perfetta, in quanto é poco fuori dal centro di Virpazar, a solo pochi minuti di auto. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha offerto dei fichi appena raccolti, vino e del pane fatto in casa, dimostrandosi estremamente gentile, accogliente e disponibile.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part des hôtes, qui sont aux petits soins. L'appartement est grand, doté de toutes les commodités et joliement décoré. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse très agréable avec une vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Le logement se situe à 40 minutes à pieds du centre-ville (7 minutes en voiture mais il peut être difficile de se garer), la balade pour s'y rendre est agréable. Si vous êtes de passage à Virpazar, nous vous recommandons d'y séjourner pour un moment authentique !

We had a wonderful stay at Skadar Lake wooden cabin as a family with a child. The atmosphere was very familiar, peaceful, and relaxing, with lots of space and very kind, welcoming hosts, with an authentic Montenegrin family feel. It’s also very child-friendly, and the dinner and breakfast prepared on request were delicious. The wooden cabin was well equipped and very clean. The small village setting is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet Virpazar is only about 3 km away. It's probably easiest to have a car to be able to drive around We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back!

The host is very friendly, the house looks the same like the photo, the sofa is comfortable to sit.

Couldn’t sleep all night because the whole space smells like washing detergents, even after I opened all the windows for more than an hour. Probably they use way too much washing detergents. Cooking a basic meal is challenging as well, no frying spoon, no cutting board, a super big pot for a small stove. It took so long that I almost missed the flight, it was such a rush. Wish these could be improved, because the facilities are fine, the host is nice, it could have been a good experience if the basic things are better taken care of. Good luck for the future!
