Dreamy getaway!

It's a great place to accommodate, rest, and travel between lake and sea shore. Big rooms with good air conditioning. Hosts - Mira, Giorgio + son Marko - are fantastic and helpful people, so you don't need to worry about anything. They also have an exceptional winery and plenty of other tasty home made organic products. So you can also buy them and bring some healthy products home. 100% recommend.

A very nice place with delicious homemade food and very service minded personnel. Got invited to free tasting of their wine and raki which was a very pleasant experience.

Perfect spot to explore the lake and the beaches at the Mediterranean

The hosts were great and interested to get us to know a bit. For one night we ordered dinner there, which was really delicious. We also got a tour around their property and quite some tomatoes right from their garden. Seeing turtles was a nice bonus as well!

The road to the next village was quite long - about 20min - and narrow for the typical rental car these days ...

Superb

I agree with one of the previous reviews: the greatest asset of this place is its family. These are really wonderful people who are kind, approachable, and always there for you! Mira's (hostess name) cooking was magnificent: tasty, home-made, yet simple—it really felt like visiting a grandma. We really enjoyed the farm and wilderness around it (especially our 3-year-old), for example, you can get spring water directly from mountains, and on the farm you can also enjoy some crops as well as wine / spirit tasting. Last but not least, it is really a nature out there, so it is quiet and peaceful. Our room was spotless clean and it felt like time travel, as the room is quite vintage yet comfy and well-equipped. Nearby there are opportunities for hiking and wandering, and the famous Skadar lake is also not far. Definitely recommended!

This is not a disadvantage, but more for one's expectation management: this place is secluded (getting there was already an adventure), thus having a car is a MUST. Also, if you want to travel to, e.g., a beach everyday, you would need at least 30 minutes one way, so account for that. Finally, since the farm is surrounded by forests, there are mosquitoes—it is not a problem in the rooms, as they have mosquito nets, but if you are sensitive to their bites make sure to bring repellent.

Everything. It was an amazing experience to stay at this place. There are so many Stars at night. And turtles running over the fields. It is definetly one of the most beautifullest places. Also Mira and her husband were so nice they gave us delicous wine, juice and food and treat us like family. And there are springs.. so you don't need to buy water. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Simply in love with the views

The drive was not the easiest but well worth it! It has been the most authentic stay we had on our trip to the Montenegro. The hosts were absolutely amazing. The most friendly and kind people we have met on our journeys here. Very proud of their home and their vineyard. The place was just what we wanted. Amazing views, delicious home made food and most amazing wines, liqueurs and rakija. The place had everything you might need especially if you are looking for solitude and peaceful countryside atmosphere. Plenty of hiking trials nearby. It was a very much a homely feeling staying there even for one night the hosts made us feel very welcomed. We wish we could have stayed longer. Till the next time!

Feel at home away from home

Most hospitable hosts I have ever had. A very warm welcome which became one of my fondest memories of Montenegro. They do everything to make you feel at home. It is so refreshing to be out there, surrounded by nature and fresh air, and Mirjana's amazing cooking which all comes from her gardens. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend spending some time here.

Extreme hospitality!

Whole family is really kind and helpful. When we arrived they prepared us a tasting of their products (vine, rakija, juice) and later on we had coffee, juice and lots of their fruits (there is a garden and plenty of fruit trees around the house). We ate dinner that Mira cooked and it was really really delicious! Everything was clean and they provided new towels every day. I suggest this placeif you want hospitality and amazing food.

It is a 10-15 min drive outside of Virpazar in a village Limljani. The road is narrow but there is no traffic so it is not a problem.

Eine Portion Montenegro !

Wir haben nach drei Wochen Montenegro, unsere letzte Nacht hier verbracht. Und das war eine sehr gute Entscheidung ! Denn abgesehen von der wunderschönen Lage, war es sehr famillier und traditionell. Ich möchte für zukünftige Gäste nicht zu viel verraten, aber ich kann sagen, dass wir mit einer weiteren wunderbaren Erinnerung im Gepäck den Heimweg angetreten haben. Es war der perfekte Abschluss unserer Reise. Dafür danken wir der ganzen Familie ! Es fühlt sich an, als würde man als Gast kommen, und als Freund gehen. :)

Für uns war es perfekt, so wie es war. Wer ein 5 Sterne Hotel gewohnt ist, sollte sich eventuell nach etwas anderem umschauen. Doch wer das einfache Leben, herzliche Menschen und die Natur zu schätzen weiß, ist hier goldrichtig.

Liebevolles, sehr sauberes Häuschen

Allen voran ein unglaublich nettes, herzliches Gastgeberpaar! Das Ferienhäuschen war sehr sauber, Betten gemütlich, sogar eine Waschmaschine verfügbar - jeden km Entfernung von Virpazar wert! Wunderbare Weinprobe vom Hausherren und auf Wunsch auch köstliches Abendessen.

Eine sehr besondere Unterkunft mit wundervollen Gastgebern!

Gemütliches Apartment mit Terrasse in ruhiger Lage, umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Die Gastgeber bauen auf dem großen Grundstück Wein, Obst und Gemüse an, die daraus gewonnen Produkte - Marmelade, Schnaps und ein ausgezeichneter Rotwein - kann man für kleines Geld erwerben. Super lecker empfehlenswert sind auch Frühstück und Abendessen, die von Mira mit frischen Zutaten aus dem Garten gekocht werden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas sehr besonderem gemacht. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Séjour très agréable en pleine nature

L'accueil de Mira et son époux a été exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la liqueur de Kupina, les figues, les raisins et l'eau de source de la maison. L'appartement est situé au calme, loin de l'agitation de Virpazar. La vue, sur les montagnes, depuis l'appartement est splendide. Il y a des prises anti-moustiques dans l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Super verblijf met lekkere keuken op basis van verse ingrediënten uit eigen tuin

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw Mira en gastheer Georgio. Ze deden alles om ons verblijf perfect te laten verlopen. Het ontbijt en diner was erg lekker en werd gemaakt door Mira met verse ingrediënten uit hun tuin. We hebben er dan ook elke dag van ons 3-daags verblijf gegeten. Dit aangevuld met lekkere zelfgemaakte wijn van Giorgio en granaatappel sap van Mira.

Alles verliep fantastisch.

Un séjour à faire

Merci à Georges et Mira pour leur accueil ainsi qu'à leur fils Marco. Nous avons eu le droit à une dégustation de leur production de liqueurs, vins et sirops. Ils nous ont partagé leurs expériences avec Google trad. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Le domaine est grand et paisible. Malgré une route sinueuse (1 seule voie), le séjour en vaut la peine. C'est un bel endroit pour aller ensuite à Virpazar.

I proprietari sono molto premurosi, gentili e ospitali. Hanno fatto sentire noi e i nostri bambini a nostro agio. Abbiamo cenato in struttura con piatti tipici cucinati dalla proprietaria: è stata un’esperienza fantastica.
