The biggest advantage is the location – close to the beach bus stop and the city centre, shops (Biedronka, Rossmann), and good contact with the friendly owner.
The property needs renovation and is not suitable for disabled or overweight guests (the bathroom and shower are small). A table in the room would be useful.

It's a small house . Has 3 or 4 rooms, small playground for kids and parking place . It DOESN'T have a private beach, and It's NOT close to the beach as mentioned in the DESCRIPTION. To reach the beach you have to take bus No. T8 or walk for 40 minutes. The good thing is that you can use the T8 bus lane free without buying a ticket. Hot water in the shower is available only in the morning . Biedronka is near the location.
I came to Gdansk to enjoy the beach, and I chose this room based on the description it has a private beach and is located close to the beach. But I didn't find any beach when I reached the location. I hope Dona will correct the description on the website.

Do plusów tej wycieczki można zaliczyć kontakt z właścicielką, która przyniosła dodatkowy koc i kołdrę. Pozwoliła zostawić samochód na swoim terenie. bezproblemowa zmiana godziny meldunku. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego, biedronka .
Warunki adekwatne do ceny. Miejsce parkingowe na chodniku przed posesją .Kamera na korytarzu w którym znajdowała się łazienka z toaletą i prysznicem. Mało zadbane miejsce. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlały pokoi, są nieaktualne.
