The location was perfect! Not far from the center!
My first night was very loud due to a school trip. But at least they were nice kids and respectful, just typical school trip, the kids want to be up all night

Too many beds in one room. The bunk beds were very unstable

Very close to the center... There are bars and restaurants near the hostel, which are worth visiting. Also the installations were clean and nice.

Lousy customer service. I booked an upgrade, didn't get it, and when I asked about it, Joanna threatened to terminate my stay! Didn't get my upgrade and didn't get a refund. Very slow to answer on WhatsApp and Booking.com.
Cleaning could be done more often: flooded shower, full and stinky trash cans, dirty floor in dorm. After cleaning it looks great though, so maybe just one more time per week.
