The Nishith's Experience

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Gdańsk. The room was cozy, nicely arranged, and had plenty of natural daylight. It also looked freshly painted and well maintained. The bathroom was located outside the room and shared with another guest, but this was not a problem at all. There is also a common kitchen where guests can cook, make tea or coffee, and store food in the fridge by labeling it with their name, which was very convenient. The best things about our stay: We were allowed to check in earlier than the official time because the room was already available. We really appreciated this flexibility from the hotel management. The location is excellent. It is very close to the Old Town and only about a six-minute walk to the bus and tram stop. The price is also very reasonable for the area. The receptionist, Marcel, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made the experience even better with his positive attitude. Overall, it was a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay, and we would recommend it to others visiting Gdańsk.

Cleanest hostel ever!

I have nothing to complain about. The stay was so good! I made new friends. There was a common area with everything you need to cook, can watch netflix, board games, i like the fact that everything you need was in proximity, a bathroom right near the kitchen. Everything was very clean and tidy. The access to the room was made by using a card, lockers with key inside the dorm, very warm during the winter! Right outside the dorm, on every floor were 3 bathrooms: 1 with 2 showers 2 sink, 1 with wc and sink, 1 with everything, automatic paper towels, really clean! I became friend with the italian guy from the reception, he is very helpful and funny, I have met some really good people.

Maybe 1 aspect has to be mentioned. I personally did not have socket near my bed(I had the upper bunk bed)

Lovely safe location. Easy to buy weekly tram ticket nearby too. Clean spotless and cosy. Cooking facilities too. Perfect place to chill.

Great value for money

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good size locker (no padlock needed). The beds are comfortable, but on the softer side. There is one whole bathroom and then also more separate showers with sinks and a toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. Excellent location, the old town is reachable within 5 minutes' walk, lots of restaurants nearby, tram and bus stations are really close. I recommend this hostel!

Nice clean hostel.

Location was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel was always clean (including the common areas). The shared bathrooms were also always clean.

My only issue was that the room gets super bright in the morning so if you want to have a lie in the dark, you can’t.

Central hostel in Gdańsk for short stay

Central location. Fairly newly renovated and clean bathroom. Mattress pretty comfortable.

Given a top bunk, that’s fine but no shelf to set any belongings up there so that was a bit of a pain. Showers didn’t have anywhere convenient to hang a towel or clothes. The reception area isn’t really a reception just a desk. Given little to no info on check in.

Good location, clean but disorganized hostel

It is located near to the touristic area, but not in the touristic area. So, it is relatively quiet and a few minutes walk from the main attractions of the city

When I arrived they told me to that I have to change my room the next day. I went there for 2 nights and this is problem because I had to pack and unpack everyday during my stay. Leave my room before 11 and then wait that the new room were ready. It cuts your morning. Staff was fine, but this was a logistics problem.

I had a great time checking in out of hours and also checking out out of hours.

Good facilities with good level of cleanliness. The showers, toilets and kitchen was easily accessible from the room. The closet locked with a key is located in the room and has good amount of room for putting personal belongings. I very much appreciated receiving a towel on my bed.

The bed mattress is a bit squishy and was not the most comfortable.

Not good

Bed was comfortable.

Not all rooms are in the standard that is shown on the photos, there are much worse looking rooms and it's a lottery which one you will get. 2 locker cabinets were broken in my room, keys were also missing. I wasted an hour on check-in waiting first for the keys and then for the repair, I was then moved to a different room anyway. No way to organize stuff in the cabinet, no shelf, no hanger or hook. Hair dryer was supposed to be available but was nowhere to be found. Violent drunk 'parties' outside the room window until the dawn. I barely got an hour of sleep. Had to cut my stay short in the end.

Centrally and affordable, room for improvement.

The hostel is centrally located, easy to get to by public transport, it’s clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Good kitchen. Spacious double room. Comfortable mattress.

I slept in the double room with the terrace. The room could be very good, and I know the hostel recently opened so there are maybe things that are not finished yet. But I personally love to have no artificial light enter the room when I want to sleep. So good curtains are a necessity. And they were as good as absent. I have put a towel on the window and a pillow but a lot of light came in. The cords of the blinds to the terrace were messed up so I couldn’t close them. Also the light of the emergency exit sign is really bright. It has to be there, but I put a blanket over it. Also the doors from the floor next to the room are quite loud, other guests came in late and I was woken up several times by banging doors. The window next to the bed couldn’t be opened for some fresh air so I slept with the door to the terrace open. If you like dark and quiet nights, this might not be the room for you. Though the curtains can easily be arranged, I think. Otherwise it’s a good and affordable place to stay!

Excellent experience

Definitely a value for money. As recently open, it was not crowded. The location is central, but the night life of the street was not a problem. It was quite quiet. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The room had lockers, electronic keys, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds have individual lights and enough power outlets, elevator, nice area outside, enough bathrooms

Czysto, schludnie, meble nie zniszczone, ładna lokalizacja. Urocze patio z miejscem dla palaczy. Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt w Gdańsku i punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta.

Można spróbować przemeblować kącik kuchenny, jest mało funkcjonalny. Jedna osoba przy kuchence już utrudnia innym dostęp do urządzeń, dwie praktycznie go blokują. Opóźniacze zamykania drzwi - cudownie, że drzwi nie trzaskają, gorzej, że często się nie domykają. A nie zawsze widać, że są otwarte, niestety.

Душем користуватися не зручно, не вистачає гачків та приватності. Одній людині забули постелити свіжу постіль, це було пізне заселення, коли персоналу вже нема на місці. Це повний провал, так що будьте до цього готові якщо у Вас час заїзду після 22:00

Prisvärt boende centralt

Oerhört centralt, på en liten bakgata till en av de större gatorna. Bra sängar, fick en extra kudde vid förfrågan. Wifi och AC, ett eget kök och ett par soffor där man kan hänga. Hiss som når alla plan. Bra säkerhet med eget rymligt skåp på rummet.

Området vid receptionen är lite ödsligt och inte så välkomnande. Men detta kan vara för att de inte hunnit inreda allt än. Lokalerna är äldre vilket syns men välstädat och fräscht.

スタッフが感じがいい！！！本当に優しかった、とくに英語を話すお兄ちゃん🙆‍♀️ キッチンが狭いけど、みんな和気藹々として会話が生まれる🙆‍♀️ エレベーターがあるので、荷物も楽に運べるクーラーがついてるタオル付き街中にあり、隣にバーがあるから遅くまで飲んでいた！笑、朝５時から開いているスーパーも近い！このドミトリーのおかげでグダンスクがだいすきになりました！

Perfetto per un city-break in Danzica

Oltre al fatto che Danzica davvero merita e non ha nulla della tristezza post comunista e socialista, l'ostello è stato un punto di forza. È situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal vecchio centro e da tutte le attrazioni, facilmente raggiungibile sia con i mezzi che a piedi. È di nuova costruzione, con qualche rifinitura da migliorare, ma promette bene e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Grazie ai ragazzi della reception che sono stati sempre cortesi e disponibili.

Il timer della luce nei bagni, quelli vicino alla camera numero 8, ha bisogno di una regolata, perché se si è in doccia da un tratto tutto si spegne e si deve uscire per attivare la fotocellula.

Wszystko dobrze, ale w okolicy są lepsze hostele w tej cenie.

Samoobsługowy i bardzo prosty system check-in mogłam przyjść późno i nie martwić się że nie wejdę. Obiekt jest nowy, łóżka świeże i wygodne. Pięknie położony. Jest cicho.

Wszystko bardzo ściśnięte, pokoje jak i łazienki koedukacyjne. Tylko 2 prysznice i 1 wc na piętro.
