We couldn’t stay here. Left immediately because the room smelt so bad. The whole place is really sketchy and dirty.

Avoid at any cost!

The only good things were: the location, it’s close to the bus and train station. The bed linen was clean, cotton and not torn.

The staff member who met us upon check-in was extremely rude, like he made us a favour by letting us, peasants, into his « royal » facilities, not like we paid for it. I specifically booked a room with 2 separate beds, as I travelled with my 17-year old son. We got a room with a double bed instead. By the time I was so upset with the receptionist’s behavior, I had no further intention to meet him again and argue about the bed. Moreover, I am pregnant and burst into tears after his rudeness. The bed itself was so extremely uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep, and we did not manage to do it at all. No towels were provided at all. After taking a shower, we had to use a toilet paper to dry ourselves. The shower itself works with a button - you press it and the water comes for 10 seconds, then it stops and you have to constantly press again. Additionally, you hear every sound from the corridor whenever someone else checks in, during the night it disturbs your sleep.

The location.bus access.The bus stop is 5 minutes away to everywhere.

The access to the transportation makes it very very noisy. If you have issues with sounds at night.Do not forget ear plugs

People screaming and banging our door and trying to enter in our room several times in one night, making a lot of noise as the door wasnt opening. Couldnt sleep much.

I booked a room for triple person so we will have bigger room for both of us. BUT THEY PUT US IN A DOUBLE ROOM. I PAID FOR THE TRIPLE ROOM. I was complaining to the staff but the lady didn’t speak english at all. And there was a guy maybe the OWNER who always seems to argue with a high tone to the lady who was being the receptionist, HE CAN SPEAKS ENGLISH A BIT SO, i asked him why the room wasn’t like in the apps picture, then he said the photos on this app is NOT good.BUT I PAY FOR THE TRIPLE ROOM. The bed sheet was not even clean. The window has no curtain. THE SHOWER EVEN WORSE. You need to use one of your hand to press the button so the water will flow and another to hold the shower. ACCORDING TO THE PRICE IT WAS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BECAUSE I TRAVEL A LOT AND THIS IS THE WORSE HOSTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. But thanks to the staffs they seems like they care and willing to help :) but they can not speak english at all so if you dont speak polish it will be not comfortable.

That was absolutely terrible night ...Staff was drunk.They giv me wrong code to key I can't go to my room! I sleep outside the room! I got evidence to show you (films and foto..) and wana my money back for that night!!!

I liked only the location,

I paid for a room with wifi , but four days there was no wifi. The shower wasn't working properly, you must keep the button pushed all the time so you could have a water. The heaters were gone after the midnight, so in the morning there weas very cold. Every day I was asking them that I paid for a room with wifi, and if you don't provide, I will cancel, and they said that I should ask for my money from booking.

my stay was uncomfortable and unsatisfactory

it was cheap

- dirty floor - uncomfortable bed (which caused back pains) - no curtain, just a transparent sheet on the window - said they had but WiFi didn’t work (false advertising) - mould in the room (which is bad for me as I have breathing issues during sleep) - single bed duvet used on a double bed - no kitchen cooker, just a sink and some drawers (false advertising)

Good variant for last minute trip, if you’re not planning to spent a lot of time in the room :)

The hostel is nearby to the city centre, so the location is good. Our room, bed linen and towels were clean. Service was nice and welcoming, no questions.

Unfortunately there were no shower gel and shampoo, but we didn’t expect it, so okay. The shower system was a bit inconvenient, but there was hot water, so no problem.

Smelly and noisy

Really such an odd smell in the room, like a wet dog smell... the shower is from the 19th century and runs only tepid water. The location is not bad, 15min walk to the old town. The smell meant we had to sleep with open windows and people talking outside kept us awake.
