Little bit loud outside from traffic . But with closed balcony doors it was kore than good

Nice place for a short stay

Free parking, good location (a tram stop is close by and it’s only a few stops from the city center, beach is 20 mins by car). Clean beddings and towels, helpful staff, fast wifi.

The bed would squeak with every move and felt like it might break any second so the night sleep wasn’t the most comfortable.

Good short stay apartment for small price

The hosting lady was amazing, very friendly, gave us a quite room to the court yard. Breakfast was simple but perfect for this price (ham, cheese, pastry, coffee, fresh tomatoes). Room and shower was very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Location was perfect, next to the big road, great for traveling by car, tram stop just 10 min walk downhill and takes u to the city center in 5 min, or you can walk 25 min from the accommodation. Great experience overall! :)

Good basic place to stay, friendly hosts

- Good location, everything was easily accessible. - Free on-site parking - Everything was clean - Very friendly hosts, who also spoke good english. - Possibility of using a small kitchen area in the breakfast room (fridge, microwave, sink, ...). - A good, daily varied breakfast (2 large bread-rolls per person per day with enough cold cuts, spread, vegetables, warm side dish, hot drinks, etc. ...). - Good, free WiFi - New, soft towels every two days

- We were in a room facing to the street. Here it was quite loud due to several expressways streets and an train line directly in front of the window and also due the approach path of the airport. Due to various floodlight masts on the expressway, it was very bright in the room at night despite the curtains. We recommend everyone to bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask, so you still get a good sleep. - Unfortunately the shower holder was broken.

A cute guesthouse located in a nice area, 7 mins walking distance from tram station that takes you to the center. The owners are nice and friendly, the room was clean, and there was also a kitchen with a fridge and kettle.

The breakfast was rather limited (not too many options), but for this type of property I think it was what should be expected.

Na kilka nocy super miejsce :)

Zameldowanie: bezproblemowe, bezkontaktowe :) dostałam wszelkie potrzebne kody sms'em. Pokój: czysty, z wygodnym łóżkiem i (co dla mnie niezwykle ważne, a rzadko spotykane) oprócz poduszek był jasiek! :) jest TV ale nie wiem czy działa, pilot sugerował że jest Netflix. Stolik wystarczający, do tego dwa krzesła i fotel. Szafa bardzo pojemna. Przy łóżku są lampki i gniazdka co pozwala ładować telefon :) w październiku było w pokoju cieplutko i przyjemnie :) Łazienka: idealnie czysta, , pachnącymi, świeżymi ręcznikami. Jedyny minus to rozmiar umywalki, trudno w niej umyć twarz. Balkon: są dwa krzesełka, stolik. Pewnie gdy jest pogoda spokojnie można z tego korzystać. Lokalizacja: jak dla mnie naprawdę spoko: wolnym spacerkiem jest 10 min do tramwajów (przystanek Chałubińskiego), do centrum 3 przystanki. Pod budynkiem jest sporo miejsca do parkowania. Wszystko jest dobrze oznaczone, wystarczy wklepać adres w GPS. Jeśli jesteś tranzytem, super miejsce na jedną czy 2 noce. Część wspólna to kuchnia z małą częścią jadalna (stolik, kilka krzeseł) i korytarz. Nie korzystałam z kuchni ale wygląda bardzo czysto i jest w niej chyba wszystko co potrzebne. Ogólnie, na 2-3 noce chętnie tu wrócę, dłuższy pobyt raczej nie z powodu hałasu dobiegającego z drogi/tramwajów.

Dom znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy. Jak teraz+w październiku-jest to mniej uciążliwe ale myślę że latem gdy są otwarte okna (brak A/C) może być zwyczajnie bardzo głośno. Mimo zakazu palenia ewidentnie ktoś palił. Do pokoju ten zapach się bardzo nie przedostawał, ale część wspólna po prostu śmierdziała. To nie wina właścicieli, po prostu widocznie tacy współlokatorzy się trafili ale może warto jakiś czujnik czy coś zainstalować. WiFi jest baaaardzo słabe.

Przemiła właścicielka. Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa. Pokój czysty, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Kawa, herbata, cukier na miejscu. Z całego serca polecam.
