Never come here again

One of the roommates was very weird, who kept watching and asking you questions at night. The hotel and the staff are both fine

Would stay again!

This property was amazing!! It was so close to everything that I wanted to see/do (Christmas markets, European solidarity museum, WW2 museum), which was the main thing in accordance with budget that I was looking for. However, it had so many more great features than that! It was comfortable, helpful staff, and I was even able to add an extra night to my stay last minute. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing that I would consider a “downside” to this was that I thought the bathroom always had an odd smell to it, but I think it may have been because of the water line or sewage system. Aside from that, the place was clean!

shocking

the staff was understanding and caring the location is good, IN downtown and close to the train station as well

it was dirty in the sense that stuff is old and heavily used. most of mattresses and pillows need a change, since they were brown :// moreover, when arrived some random people stayed at our beds, so we had to contact the staff in order to move them also, many people def stay there for long-term, it wouldn't be annoying that much if they didn't smoke the weed in the room and the showers DONT lock (at least the common ones in the hall) so we had to go and shower in pairs, where one showered and the other guarded

The location is very central, the staff is friendly, everything is clean.

The only problem is the noise from outside. It was difficult to fall asleep because of the people and cars. Take earplugs.

It was okay for the 2 nights I was there.

The atmosphere of the lounge and lobby was nice.

The showers were disgusting, and water would go everywhere. The man in the office was in a huff over the fact that I had a window open in the lounge, pool table you can't play, the woman at the desk was nice and polite but the man at the desk was the opposite.

Am a bit disappointed

The bed was computable, the sheets were clean. On my second day the receptionist marush was the best and super helpful we had a chat. He deserves 10 out 10 points.

Upon check in ( checked by young man with a tattooed arms ) I could feel he didn’t like me. I asked to move to a lower bed in the room due to my leg injury and the pain I felt going in and out the leader. I been told that all my room is fully booked for tonight although there were 2 lower beds empty after the first night I’ve noticed that the room was empty I could take one of them. On my second night they placed a group of women that celebrated their bachelorette party. The walk to the room like they own it. Put loud music.they were rude and aggressive so I went to the reception hoped somebody normal will help me, I’ve met marush he was so kind he tried to find me a solution and I changed my room.i do think that the man with the tattooed arms shouldn’t work there anymore he’s very cold and unfriendly I could tell he doesn’t like his job. I didn’t like the shower room no way to lock it. I was not offered a locker upon check in.the place could be an amazing and the experience as well. For what I’ve seen in the morning before the bachelorette party girls arrived the cleaner talk to a long stay guest, they move her out of the room.nobody mentioned it to me

Decent for a night's stay

Very close to the train station. The place was clean.

While the place wasn't full and I didn't have an issue, I don't think there's enough bathrooms and showers were the place to be full.

Okay for one night.

The location is near everything you need. The staff is nice and the bottom bunk is comfy enough.

Bathroom was dirty and the room was really dusty. Towels were not provided. Showers flooded the whole floor.

I would have preferred some curtains around the beds for more privacy, but all in all it was a good experience. The people were all very chill, staff included.

Location

Metal beds so noisy that sleeping is impossimble. beding wasnt changed, it was filty and stinking. Bathroom was just incredibly stinking and filthy- NO HOT WATER, No soap, no toilet paper.

Could be a really great hostel

Big kitchen area. Reception workers were nice

Lacks any atmosphere. Bed mattress are cheap. You can feel the metal frame under you and bed squeak really loudly. Bathroom is Ill equipped. No soap, and shower heads need fixing, also one was badly plugged. And provide towels..don't be cheap

the location is perfect, it was cheap and the room was ok

when booking I paid for a triple room, not a bed in the room which usually appears on booking, it turned out to be a bed in the room so it was the only thing that was confusing. at the end I was alone in the room but I know I wasn’t the only one who had this doubts and situation. wasn’t too much problem for as I was there only for one night but it’s worth to let other know to pay attention and ask before booking as it may be relevant

everything else beware of robberies (door open to the public, no lockers), mess there was a guy who got robbed - received no help nor even compassion there were people who booked a room and didn't get it I moved out after one night (despite having payed for all three) I've never been to a worse hostel, even horror underground hostel in Berlin was better, as well as a Dublin stay with an exhibitionist middle aged Irishman
