We liked the central location. The beds were comfortable and it had dedicated secure parking which was a real bonus in York
The bathrooms and skirting boards were very tired. The crockery (cups) were not that clean. Thru could do with putting through the dishwasher

Location was good. Owner was very easy to talk to on the phone when we had some sort of problem. Very clean and spacious property when we arrived
Shower was turning off in the middle of taking bath - was quickly resolved tho through calling the owner on phone. Towels smelled a bit different. Very poor toilet flush in one of the toilets.
