    Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small and nothing like what is shown in the pictures online. The bathroom was cramped to the point of being uncomfortable. Housekeeping was poor—we had to repeatedly remind the staff just to get the room cleaned. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and not worth the price. Would not recommend this hotel.

    This was a trip for my granddaughter's 16th birthday and first trip to NYC. The property was clean, location half a block to Times Square and close to the subway stops. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends.

    In a great location, close to a lot. Room is small but very comfortable. I was in early and the staff was really hl to give me early check in. What is not so great is the noise, it’s right opposite Hamilton broadway. The other improvement is the lift - when I was there only one lift was working serving 21 floors..took 15 mins to get to the destination
