Keys of Italy - Monaco 9 - 2 bedrooms flat nearby the Train Station

The property was very comfortable, kitchen cabinets were well stocked with utensils. WiFi had good reach everywhere.

Check-in process could be better. Despite sending message in advance about arrival time, the host was not reachable for nearly 45 minutes. So we had to wait on the steps with our luggage. After calling them from various numbers and contacting CS, they finally responded via WhatsApp messages. Apparently, their support is available only from 9am - 7:30pm on weekdays. They send Check-In and Check-Out instructions via a link (mentioned in the messages). The link takes you back to a login page, and confirms. After you opening the postbox, to find the lock box, entering the code, you reach an old door which struggles a bit to open. Somehow the links never opened to the right page, so we were left without the check-in code & check-out instructions (garbage disposal). The verification of customers is necessary, however the links / boxes left us with a bad experience. Else it is a 9 rating (-1 for the loud tram right outside the window, starts at 6am).

Excellent all round, great location and fantastic property, really enjoyed our stay here.

There is a tram line literally outside and there is some noise from the tram and train line across the road but the nice property made up for this and managed to sleep just fine.
