This is a great place for a short stay in Florence.

Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Check-in and check-out were great. Communication was easy. A ten minute walk to the train station and close to the trams.

Great hosts, good location and lots of space

The hosts were fantastic and were helpful. The apartment was very clean and functional, and there was a lot of room to spread out. I like the location; it's not in the noisy part of town, and close enough to walk to the centre. I would happily book this place again.

A great place to stay for visiting Florence, with kind & helpful hosts.

The location of the apartment is very good, a short walk to the tram stop and then only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Florence. We had the larger apartment with a small balcony and courtyard view. The apartment is very secure. Benedetta met us on arrival and was really helpful to us during our stay.

Although the facilities were good and very clean, we shared the use of a shower between two couples which wasn’t ideal!

Great property, amazing balcony... But had an electricity blackout...

The location of the property was great. Just 2 stops from the central station in Florence and situated on the mainline of Florence. The property has a beautiful balcony which is the highlight of the property. We had all the amenities which was great.

First, the sofa bed is really not good. It hurts the back and that is a big no at least from me. Also, the property experienced a blackout which lasted for 2 hours. Although, it was in no way the fault of the owners and they did provide use with candles and emergency light, but since we also had a small kid, it became really difficult for him and for us especially preparing his food.

Must Stay!

We loved everything! Extremely spacious, great Location close to transport and famous tourist sites. There was a mini kitchen so If you wanted to cook you can! Great value for money overall! Staff were also so kind and knowledgeable.

Great location for access to Florence

The apartment worked well for us as there was street parking around the area and we had a car. It was a 15 min walk to the centre. There were supermarkets within 10 min walk. Facilities were good and the owners were great, set up to allow us access earlier than we had stated and showed us places to go and how to get to them in Florence.

Would have liked an oven but we had stove and microwave.

Great location and value for the money!

A Casa do Olga is wonderful. The best part was definitely the location. It was extremely easy to get to central Florence via train. It was only 3 stops away and the train is about a 2 minute walk. Or you can walk and get to the main attractions in 20 minutes. The hosts were also very nice and responsive to any issues we had.

I would say the only improvement would be the beds. Perhaps more pillows would make it more comfortable.

Lovely cozy flat near the center of Florence

The flat was cozy, well equipped. It was 15-20 minutes by foot from the center of Florence, but thanks to the tram it was really easy to reach it in a few minutes. The owners were extremely helpful. We had a lovely time.

The lack of isolation but this a common problem everywhere anyway. We had some issues with the neighbours upstairs in the middle of the night and the owners helped us immediately.

The bathroom was too small in the toilet area. The upper floor where the double bed is, is too low for a tall person to stand.

Best stay during our Italian trip

Electric Tram No 2 takes you to the apartment from the Central station , take the exit from the left hand side of central train station, the tram stop is at that entrance, attached photo of the cental station, take the exit under the painting . don't take the exit where the sign said "Bus , Tram or Taxi "from the station. taking the tram is easier than taking taxi. it will take 12 mins walk to the apartment from the central station. 2 stops from the train station to the apartment by tram. Wish the host will give better direction from the central station to the apartment.

the house was cute thats all it could be better tho…

if it was not actually 2 bedrooms room and was just one 1 room with 2 bedrooms. There was no trashcan except 1 very small in the bathroom… Also the wifi was fail you could only access for temporary amount of time and you have to register with your personal social media account via unsecured wifi connection…. totally not safe… back to using mobile data….

This property is in an excellent location, very close to a tram station for a very short trip into the centre of the city. The proprietors were onsite to welcome us and answer all of our questions.

Very clean apartment and the hosts were really helpful. They even had travel adapters and all necessities. We stayed for one night easy reachable 1 minute from tram line. In a nice clean safe area.

Comfortable stay and friendly owner

Really good location few minutes away from the city center using the tram line or 20 minutes by walk, the owner was amazing helping us in all the issue and suggesting how to move and visit the city.
