Very close to central, convenient and near good transport. Well equipped kitchen and overall apartment. Suited our needs and even had a washing machine. Check-in instructions were simple to follow.
The neighbour for the double room was a bit loud and disruptive at night. Walking loud and you can hear them using dishwasher and washing machine. Other room is was quiet. I reccomend earplugs for the double room to get some quiet sleep.

The staff at Khione were always available when I messaged and replied promptly. We had to arrive a day late due to Mt Etna volcanic disruption and they were helpful in us needing to check in a day late

L' appartamento è bellissimo con una vista stupenda sul centro di Firenze. L' appartamento è attaccato ai binari del treno ma è veramente silenzioso. Non ci sono né rumori esterni che da altri appartamenti. È arredato bene ed è stato molto comodo per un weekend con un' altra coppia di amici. Si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e 25 minuti dal Ponte Vecchio.
