The apartment was clean and as described. Everything was working fine
Nothing really.
The only negative side was about the transportation system of Florence was not apparently integrated into google maps, hence we had to walk to / from the apartment each time (20-30mins each direction). But obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment itself

room is nice and spacious
hosts are friendly on Whatsapp
no luggage storage as there is no reception desk or any shared space in the building;
it is big old building - this property only owns a couple of rooms in it; the hallway is dark and empty - we didn't see anyone during our stay, either the host or other guests or any other occupants of the building. my daughter said it was like a haunted house - i wouldn't go that far but it did give me a bit chill when coming back at night;
the elevator was like an antique and you had to keep pressing down a button for it to move; it worked but I absolutely would not have used it if I didn't carry 50kg of luggages
the place is not in the center of the city but it is not too far. however I think you can get a room cheaper and equally nice but in a much more central location
