Florence Feel Apartment

Clean and new facilities.

Entrance hall and elevator can be brighter and less creepy

The apartment was clean and as described. Everything was working fine

Nothing really. The only negative side was about the transportation system of Florence was not apparently integrated into google maps, hence we had to walk to / from the apartment each time (20-30mins each direction). But obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment itself

The location of the apartment is fantastic—it’s within easy walking distance of the historic center and close to everything you need.

Issues with amenities: The coffee machine was broken, and even the host couldn't figure out how to operate it. Additionally, we weren't provided with enough trash bags for our 4-night stay, nor were we given the necessary tokens for the neighborhood trash disposal. ​Building condition: The elevator requires you to continuously hold down the button for it to move, which was surprisingly frustrating and uncomfortable to use. ​Lack of flexibility: Communication regarding a simple request for a late check-out was disappointing and unsupportive.
