I like that is nearby the bus stops, tram and and walking distance to the train station.
There’s no coffee machine, drinking water, or microwave available. We stayed in Florence for five days, and it’s quite inconvenient to warm up food in the oven since there’s no foil available in stores especially if there's left over food.

Location to train station. Size as well.
The street outside is a major throughway so it can get loud. But by 11pm or midnight it becomes quiet.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Appreciated the washing machine. Great coffee shop across the street.
The location was sketchy. We also had an issue on the first morning when a man entered the apartment to collect laundry. Property manager apologized but it was unexpected and unsettling as we were getting ready for the day.

1. 10mins walking distances from railway station.
2. The common area in the apartment is comfortable, living room is big and bright.
1. The poor drainage in the last bedroom causing the bathroom stay wet.
2. Not any convenient stores or foods near the apartment.
