About this apartment rental

Spacious and bright 4-bedroom apartment in Florence located on the 1st floor of a lovely high class building. The apartment is very large (about 250 square meters) and is very tastefully furnished with the utmost attention to detail. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, a nice living room with a double bed, a large kitchen and 3 bathrooms with shower. Two rooms have a double bed and two rooms have two single beds. The property includes a large terrace with a pleasant outdoor dining area, a perfect relaxing corner in the heart of Florence!



Please note that scaffolding will be up on the building from September 1st to January 27th to allow for roof maintenance work.

The place was perfect for iur group. Centrally located, and we loved having a private patio. And havung a washer was a defunite plus. Would have been nice to have had a couch in the living area. The chairs in the kitchen and patuo area could do wuth updates. Some we couldn't even use. Overall, we would stay here again.
