Добра локация - както за достигане на централната част на града, така и за изход към курортните селища и плажове наблизо; свободно паркиране. Апартаментът е отлично обзаведен, декориран и с удобно разположение на стаите. Разполага със съдомиялна машина, пералня, сушилня и кафемашина за капсули.

Бихме препоръчали да се отдели повече внимание и време за почистване след всеки гост: хладилникът не беше почистен и имаше явни следи от гостуването на предишните наематели, във фризира имаше забравена диня; част от чашите/чиниите /посудата бяха мръсни, друга част - за посмяна; мивките и тоалетната не бяха добре почистени; захабени кърпи и спално бельо. Липсват капсули за кафе, таблетки за съдомиялна и препарат за пране. Няма стойка за сушене на кърпи/дрехи, нито простор. Бихме дали и повече пари за този апартамент, ако се подобри хигиената и се набавят описаните липсващи неща.

Petit écrin accueillant et confortable, bien rénové et bien décoré dans un quartier tranquille. C’est propre, quand on arrive ça sent bon Situé dans une zone de parking gratuit ce qui est un grand avantage à Varna. Très bien aménagé, il ne manque presque rien. Cuisine bien équipée, avec lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, tout y est. L’hôte Elena est très sympathique et très serviable Wifi de bonne qualité

4e étage sans ascenseur avec les bagages c’est dur (mais ce n’est pas la faute de la propriétaire) Il manque peut-être des tables de nuit
