Not fancy and not modernised but clean enough and fantastic value for money, so could not fault it for a good value opti

Quietly and conveniently located, very helpful and friendly front desk staff, nice touch to have coffee sachets and water in the room.

Only thing was the lack of any quilt cover or sheet (there was a fitted bedsheet though).

God kontakt til hotellet der sørger for problemfri ind og ud tjek udenfor arbejdstiden. Der står frisk vand og kogekande m.m.til gæsterne Der er køleskab og aircon på værelset. Det er et godt solidt troværdigt brugshotel. P pladser er lidt vanskelige at finde i området

Katastrophe - nie wieder!

Der Schlüssel war wie abgesprochen in einem Safe. Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit - auf Englisch konnte wir uns einigermaßen verständigen. Das Bettzeug war sauber und die Matratze gut. Das Frühstück wurde aus frisch eingekauften Lebensmittel zubereitet (der Kaffee nicht!) und war mit 5€ okay.

Die Lage ist nicht empfehlenswert und das Hotel ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Das Treppenhaus war schmutzig. Das Zimmer war komplett abgewohnt, das Mobiliar schmuddelig und kaputt - die Fotos sprechen für sich! Das Bad war ein absolutes NoGo: Aus dem Spülkasten lief das Wasser nicht in die Toilette, sondern auf die Fliesen durch den Raum in einen Abfluss am Boden. Die Türblätter waren kaputt, am Kleiderschrank fehlte der Griff. Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage war desaströs, ebenso der Schrank, in dem der Kühlschrank war. Alle Ecken waren "rundgeputzt". Der Balkon war ein Zustand und die Nachbarschaft gegenüber unten schlimmstens. Trotz Absprache war das Frühstück am ersten Tag nicht vorbereitet. Der Frühstücksraum verschlossen. Es musste erst vorbereitet werden und dauerte... Der Kaffee wurde mit Wasser zubereitet, dass schon mindestens die ganze Nacht in der Kanne stand und dann nur in die Maschine umgefüllt wurde. Auf die Missstände angesprochen, bestand null Bereitschaft, ein besseres Zimmer anzubieten. Auch zu einem Preisnachlass war man nicht bereit.

Bardzo mile będę wspominał mój pobyt w tym miejscu :D

Przyjechałem 2 godziny przed możliwym zameldowaniem, a ponieważ mój pokój był gotowy, więc pani na recepcji od razu mnie zameldowała i nie musiałem czekać. Bardzo duży plus. Poza tym w pokoju wszystko działało. Okolica spokojna, a równocześnie blisko do wszystkiego (sklepy, restauracje, przystanek itd). Bardzo mile będę wspominał mój pobyt :D

Стаята беше доста мръсна.. Пода не беше мит сигурно от месеци, стъклата и огледалата бяха на петна, кърпите бяха с оттенъци, а изобщо спалното бельо вонеше. Никога повече!

Номер досить комфортний. Чистий. Привітний та ввічливий адміністратор. Приємно було відчути піклування про клієнтів - у номері є питна вода, кава та посуд. Тихий район. Зручне розміщення.

It is not a very nice room, but it is clean and comfortable at an affordable price.

We liked that we had no pay before arriving, our previous host just gave us back the money and we had to find an accommodation for the same night at 3 pm in Varna. We were worried and a bit lost, but this hotel had a very acceptable offer. The room was clean, it had a little bit smell of cigarette, but it was ok. The room was clean, the beds and bed clothes comfortable.

Not all the light bulbs were working. The fridge is not working. We couldn't open the window at afternoon because the neighbors were cooking and it smelled a lot.

Everything was fine. The only confusing thing is you should order a breakfast in advance when you arrive to the hotel. On booking.com in the hotel list of facilities a " good breakfast" is shown, however, there is no option to confirm it on the website and it does not come automatically.

Comfortable, clean hotel, excellent location in the city center, supermarket and restaurants nearby, small but comfortable bathroom, suited me (single traveler). The staff is very friendly, welcoming. . Excellent hospitality

Fair and enough for a short stay

It was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The hotel delivered everything it promises, not more or less. Great support from the stuff for a very late check in (2:00am).

The facility is quite old and needs a refreshment. Furniture and utilities are clean but comfort is low. Sufficient for a short stay, however for the price I would expect a bit more comfort.

Smooth check-in, a bit of disappointment with the sanitisation

Good location. The staff who take care of reservation and room allocation was on top of everything making sure the check-in will be without any trouble as I arrived very late. Thank you for that.

The housekeeping staff should be more vigilant when cleaning and think about the guest safety and sanitisation first. Reported it to the reception on check-out hopefully the issue I faced will not be repeated with other guests. I sensed a bit of disbelief from the staff member to who i reported the issue,but I'm genuine about it, also it is my profession to inspect hotels in another country for those problems and I wouldn't just say it if is not true. I really hope this issue will be resolved with the housekeeping team.
