The owners put their heart and soul into this place, but there are some questions about cleanliness

Friendly hosts, quick to respond to everything. A very interesting place, decorated with wood. It was interesting to see different birds and a working fountain.

The bed linen was clean, but there were no towels. The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The kettle was too filthy, so it was disgusting to touch it.

Probably the worst place I've stayed.

It was cheap.

Firstly for those like me that do not know the area, this is in the heart of the gypsy urbanisation. The stairs leading to the rooms were quite steep and the handrail was wobbly so not really suitable for children or the elderly. The double bed did not have a proper mattress. It was just a metal frame with a few bits of scrap hardboard on it and then some 4 inch foam on top. So when you laid down it squashed down and was as hard as directly laying on the floor. The sheets did not fit and if you turned in the night they just came off. The pillows inside the pillow cases were awful and not clean. The bathroom/shower floor wasn't very clean and you could smell the drain.

Было ужасно грязно в комнате. Элементарно не было пропылесосено пол диваном. Постельное грязное, хорошо что хоть свое было собой взято. Полотенец не было! Ни одного! Тараканы были замечены

De afstand tot het busstation en de prijs waren de redenen om te boeken. De kamer was redelijk proper. Ook het onthaal was vriendelijk.

Het licht van de overloop bleef branden, daardoor bleef mijn kamer weinig donker omdat ik het glas in de deur niet kon verduisteren. Ook was er een raam zonder overgordijn. Beweging op de overloop naar de badkamer goed hoorbaar.. Badkamer kan properder en dit komt niet alleen door de gebruikers. De omgeving is niet aanlokkelijk, om naar het centrum te gaan maakte ik een ommetje om niet door een sloppenwijk te hoeven

Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Lage in Flughafennähe (< 10 Minuten Autofahrt) in einem Randbezirk von Varna ohne große Optionen in fußläufiger Nähe (aber Anreise per Bus / Taxi problemlos möglich), unkomplizierter Check-In und eine tolle Terasse mit Blick bis auf die Bucht von Varna. Großer Außenbereich mit unzähligen Tieren für alle, geteilt mit den netten Gastgebern. Ein Erlebnis!

Sauberkeit war i.O., aber insbesondere in den geteilten Badezimmern könnte es deutlich sauberer sein (was aber natürlich auch an den Gästen liegt), aber darauf sollte man gefasst sein. Das Doppelbett ist eher eine Schlafcouch, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck.

Little piece of paradise

Nice rustic guesthouse with a beautiful garden, you will wake up to birdsong here :-) Our room had a nice big balcony with a view Common kitchen for use, traditional style... Location is a bit of a walk to the city center, but doable

Мястото е красиво само в двора и отчасти фасадата.

Това е занемарено място, без каквато и да е хигена. Без фактури и без капка живот. Има мизерни места, но това е на челно място. Мухъл, мръсотия и вехти мебели.

Very dirty hostel

There were animals in the garden.

Far the city Centre, the area is horrible, the bathroom and kitchen very dirty. The owner moved our luggage from.one room to another.

Dezamăgitor

Cel mai mult ne-a plăcut grădina plină de vegetație și multe păsări exotice și nu numai.

În primul rând era foarte murdară camera,geamurile,perdelele, pereții și terasa. Salteaua patului dublu veche și foarte subțire, se simțea lemnul (somiera) de dedesubt. Salteaua patului simplu era și ea de asemenea veche dar mai groasa și cu ceva denivelări datorate uzurii. Lipsă cos de gunoi în cameră. Era unul pe hol pt cele 3 camere. Lipsă un scaun, un cuier, o bancheta pe care să îți pui hainele. Erau 2 cuie bătute în ușa de lemn de la camera, pe post de cuier. Lipsă baterii telecomandă tv. Trebuia sa le schimbam cu cele de la A/C . Am preferat aerul condiționat.... Geamurile camerei erau fixe, nu se deschideau. Se deschidea doar ușa de la cameră dar normal, fără sistem oscilobatant. Cand ieseai pe balcon nu aveau cum s-o tragi, să o inchizi și rămânea crăpată tot timpul, riscai să intre muște, țânțari, etc. La toaletă nu exista niciun săpun la chiuvetă sau prosop de mâini. Racordul vasului de wc era spart și în permanență era apă pe jos. În 2 zile a fost o singură rolă de hârtie igienică pt cele 3 camere în care am fost aproximativ 8 persoane. Noi am fost 3 intr-o triplă, nu știu exact câți erau în celelalte 2 camere dar minim 5 au fost sigur. În curte foarte frumos, bucătăria de vară superbă. N am folosit-o lăsând-o să se bucure celalalt grup de ea, fiind mai mulți. Noi am stat pe terasa camerei ce era comună cu o alta cameră. Nu am cunoscut decât copii proprietarului care au venit la check-in și atât. Ne ar fi plăcut să îl cunoaștem pe proprietar, să ne dea niște ponturi, sfaturi, recomandări cu ce am fi putut face în Varna dar nu s-a întâmplat. Păcat! Locația este frumoasa, cu multe trofee animale, sculpturi de lemn, aranjamente și tablouri superbe!

I wouldn’t recommend.

Affordable, and large rooms

Although the staff were very nice, the rooms were extremely dirty. There were roaches in the bathroom, dead bugs on the beds, dog fur all over the floor, the sheets are older than my grandmother and the mattress is as hard as a rock. The room didn’t seem cleaned, there were nuts under the bed and molded leftovers in our fridge.

Das "deluxe" Zimmer entpuppte sich als Raum ohne Privatsphäre mit durchgelegenem Klappsofa und vollgeramschten Möbeln. Die Stiege nach oben (Treppe kann man es kaum nennen) ist lebensgefährlich, die Glastür zum Flur direkt neben der Tür zum Gemeinschaftsbad lässt einen jeden Huster vom Flur und dem Bad mitbekommen.

Purity... complete unsanitary conditions. How can you suggest such a thing? The sofa was white about 10 years ago. I wouldn't go to bed. The room won't close. This is the first time in my 42 years that I haven't been able to stay in a room. I understand that the hotel is inexpensive, but cleanliness and neatness are the key to success.

Грязное место с ленивыми хозяевами, зато много экзотических птиц.

Хорошая идея собрать различных птиц в одно место. Есть экзотические попугаи, канарейки, курицы, голуби, павлины и фазаны. Собаки - чау-чау и французский бульдог. На этом все плюсы заканчиваются.

Очень грязное место. Все запущенно. На кухне страшно дотронутся до любого предмета: липкое и в паутине. Постельное белье еще со времен советского союза. В описании пишут, что в каждой комнате есть микроволновая печь. Ее там нет! Ванная комната с туалетом - ОБЩАЯ на несколько комнат. Балкон тоже общий. Хозяева молодые ЛЕНИВЫЕ люди. Вместо вечернего распивания спиртных напитков взяли б в руки тряпку и все вымыли. Постельное купите в Икее. Противно лежать на кроватях. Мы брали на 1 ночь, самолет был в 5 утра. Еле дотянули до утра. Нас было 9 человек (поэтому мнение общее). Идея у апартаментов шикарная. Но займитесь чистотой! Даже виноградник высох - все гроздья засохшие.

Not secure

I got six hours solid sleep, which is good for me. The airport pick-up worked.

No key for my room door. When I asked the proprioter about this he made dismissive gestures and said he had to go. Only one key for the main door. Other guests said it had to stay in the lock. No 24hr reception.

Our stay was perfect and comfortable.

I like the hospitality of the Host. They are very flexible , understanding and very very friendly. If you like to experience something different other than the city life, this is the right place for you. They have a very cute cat and dog. A lot of beautiful parrots, lovely peacocks and birds and also chickens 🥰🥰🥰

The localization is really far from great. When I seen that ots 300 meters from training station it convinced me to rent the place but it was actually 2/3 kilometers from the main train station I don't know where 300 metters from that place is train station maybe the railway

Great host and great house.

Obviously, as most of the reviewers go, the location looks a bit weird, as the house is situated in a gipsy neighbourhood. But it's a fact and it can't be changed. If you go there by car, especially in the evening, you'll feel better than going on foot. Still there is a bus stop next to the house.
