Pretul foarte bun, liniste, verdeata, proprietarul foarte amabil, bucatarie dotata cu absolut orice ai nevoie, gratar in curte, balcon generos, parcare gratuita. Cu toate cele scrise mai jos, ne-am simtit bine. Am apreciat ordinea de la bucatarie, pentru mine un mare plus.
Daca esti ca noi, sa mergi cu masina in fiecare zi la plaja (pentru ca preferam o anumita plaja), nu va recomand. Drumul pana acolo scurt dar horror. Daca preferati sa mergeti pe jos la plaja (15 minute), este ok, dar sa nu mai miscati masina din parcare. Saltelele foarte tari (eu am o problema cu spatele si acasa am saltea moale). Curatenia este ok dar nu exceleaza, casa este o adunatura de obiecte vechi si noi. Pentru una obsedata de ordine, e greu. Dar este totusi simpatic. Zona este ca dupa razboi, dar, ma rog, la mare te duci pentru mare doar...

Der Eigentümer ist sehr sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Er hat meine Fragen alle beantwortet und konnte mir auch Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mitteilen, die ich so nicht gefunden hätte. Eben InsiderWissen. Er betreibt eigenen Anbau für Gemüse, hat Hühner und ist Imker, so dass man in der komfortablen Gemeinschaftsküche bioversorgt sein Essen bereiten kann. Er spricht Deutsch durch einen langen Arbeitsaufenthalt in Deutschland.
Teilweise die Umgebung außerhalb des Grundstückes und die sehr abenteuerliche Anfahrt auf holprigen Stassen. Aber das ist nicht die Sache des Eigentümers der Villa Nasco. Hier darf der Staat etwas tun, was im Übrigen für ganz Bulgarien gilt. Sobald man die großen Verkehrsadern verlässt, wird es abenteuerlich.
